푸톈 샹그릴라 선전

샹그릴라는 언제나 후회하지 않는 선택이라는 만족을 준다. 골든 써클 멤버쉽을 찾는 것은 어려웠으나, 그외의 서비스는 만족스럽다. 푸티안은 위치도 좋고 주면 쇼핑몰과도 가깝고 해서 비지니스나 여행을 목적으로도 충분히 좋은 선택일 수 있다. 다음에도 묵고 싶은 호텔. 1층 부페 식당도 저녁에도 음식이 충분하고 맛있고 가격이 비싸도 가성비가 좋은 식당이다. 이번 출장도 편안히 잘 다녀 올 수 있어서 좋았다.

Futian Shangri-la deserves 5 star hotel in every way: Cleanliness, sanity, view, kindness and breakfast. Every staff in the hotel tried their best to help me when I have a problem, though they cannot speak English at all. If you want to ask for help in English, visit lobby. There is always 1~2 manager who can take care of your asking, complaints in English. I will definitely visit Shangri-la hotel again if I visit Shenzhen again.

wifi was weak.

Its facility was fabulous and very cozy. And in China, I had many difficulties to speak in English but you do not need to worry in this hotel. Additionally it was near from Coco Park and Carrefour. I want to stay again if I go to Shenzhen

담배냄새도 안나고 편안했습니다.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋습니다. 컨벤션센터와 웡티플라자도 가까워 걸어서 이동이 가능합니다. 호텔 바로옆에 스타벅스 브런치 레스토랑 등 많은 옵션이 있습니다.

great location. walking distance to cocopark. train station just next to it. friendly and helpful staff.

It is conveniently situated right beside Shenzhen’s tallest building, making it easy to find and a great landmark reference. The staff are warm and welcoming, providing attentive service throughout the stay. The hotel’s restaurant also serves delicious food, offering a satisfying dining experience without the need to step outside.

A prime location in the Futian area, price value ratio is quite high (of course due to seasonality) but the brand speaks of itself. Enjoyed the indoor pool too!

This hotel exudes classic charm and maintains a sense of exclusivity. However, there is room for improvement in service. When we inquired at the front desk about gastric medicine, the response was simply "no." It would have been helpful if the staff had directed us to the nearest pharmacy or offered alternative solutions. However, it was a pleasant stay for us.

The Front Office Mgr Edward is very nice and he helped me all the issues when staying at Shang.

酒店靚、地方大、連廁所空間都好大。服務態度好好、連樓層職員都好好服務。最緊要係去返商場好方便。

All the staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and polite. I was in the elevator greeted by some staff of the hotel. They went above and beyond, greeted me and offered to help me with the luggage from the elevator to the lobby. You truly feel welcomed by the staff and the culture of this hotel.
