We stayed for 22 nights. The cleaning staff was exceptional. She checks in on me every day for the best time to clean our room. I have two children staying with me, and she gave us extra bottled water for the hot weather. The cleaning staff noticed the door was a bit hard to open due to the humid weather, and the door stop got loose, and she fixed them before I mentioned it, very attentive and proactive! The gym is phenomenal, and the pool takes up the whole floor. It is the best I have had so far in Beijing, with a wet and dry sauna, and a jacuzzi. We will definitely return here next summer. The location is great for us, and it is connected to the Fortune Building Mall, for dining, shopping, massaging, facial, Starbucks, etc.

Overall a decent hotel for the price however the front desk team could use more training. While we were checking in, the person who helped us had to sneeze and she used her hand to cover her mouth. There was no wiping or hand washing.. she just took our passports and continued her work! It was quite gross!

The location is great, close to everything and subway. The only downfall is the breakfast. I wish there were more choices of food and the dishes could be different at least every other day. Eating the same staff every day for 3 consecutive days was not very enjoyable.

Place was fine, in general. The heat was too much for me. I finally called the front desk and a lady came up and unlocked the window. Even with the window open and the heat off it was hot. I would have liked to hit the nice gym if it wasn’t so hot as well. Breakfast was good. Staff attempted to help with the use of a translator.

The room is clean. The lady who cleaned the room daily, Qu Ji Hong did an excellent job. However, the internet connection is on the slow side. As for the breakfast buffet, the selection is fairly decent, mostly the same variety of food during our one week stay. Hygiene could be improved. I noticed one of the chefs coughed without covering his mouth while he was preparing the food.

The room was very clean. There were hardly any amenities in the room, just 2 cups and a pot to heat water. In the bathroom we were given soaps & dental products. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The Hotel is old, you can tell by the stone slaps falling off the side the bathtub. The wooden compartments chipping and despite their best attempts the stains on the carpet in the hallway. The staff in the other hand was beyond fantastic. They were very polite, respectful and always smiling willing to help righr away. The grade of 85 was only given due to the age of the hotel & co dirion of my room. Value for dollar this was a great hotel. I would recommend if you're trying to save mpney.

I stayed there for a few nights. The overall experience was positive. Nice and spacious rooms and good cleaning everyday. But there was some sort of smell once you turned on the AC. The circulation didn't seem to work and heat/cool didn't seem to function well. The hotel restaurants had limited selections and a little pricey for very simple foods. But overall I enjoyed my stay there.
