Hotel was very clean, got upgraded at check in for free. Staff very friendly

When I checked in, the gym and health facilities were planned for 3 days maintenance. This information was not communicated to me until it happens. The mattress was good and cause some back pain tp me However, the staff is very friendly and they try to help as much as they can

Need to improve their staff’s English, was frustrating frequently. Restaurant also needs to be improved.

the first day check in , be arranged in a room not suitable with the picture showed (the room should be a downgrade level), we complained to customer service manger ,and be informed that's a wrong picture in Expedia, they can help us cancel the booking or change a special room in top floor, but there has no other hotel can be chose in Xiamen island during Chinese new year, we have to choose OP2 which is change to a special room in top level, the alternative room was larger than original one, but owing to it's not a normal hotel room (not for sell during normal day) the facility is not that good: can't close cabinet door， some lights out of work,curtain in bathroom can't be well closed or open ETC. it's not worth compare with the price

In general, I loved the hotel and had a great stay in the Club room on the 28th floor. My only problem was that the car service I had ordered via the hotel to take me to the airport dropped me off at the wrong terminal which made for a very stressful return trip. I was surprised at how few of the employees spoke English in an understandable manner.

Beautiful hotel. Efficient and friendly staff. Compliments to Jack or Jackie fr the food court (restaurant manager I think) for his great service.

bad training of staff and management of hotel but could understand that is a typical mainland style of hotel

Nice facilities and generally clean. Polite and helpful staff, able to accommodate requests in a speedy manner.
