Loved my stay there! I didn’t want to leave! The property is in the nature and the room is awesome. Staff is great and particularly Rebekah, in the restaurant Latest Recipes, is incredible! Thank you for the wonderful weekend!

Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. Carpets are getting old. Main resturant is excellent but could use more vegetable choices at buffets. Overall gorgeous place to stay.

4 nights for a business conference. Hotel amenities were perfect. The only complaint was the intermittent internet access. The breakfast is a good spread. They have shuttle buses to get to convention space. The only other knock is you have to take transport from the hotel, it is not walking distance to city Life

A 4 star hotel. Nice accommodations

Hotel is located in a large city park allowing easy access to a road and trails up a mountain. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Good-sized swimming pool and fitness center with friendly staff. Front desk people and concierges are all very friendly and helpful.

Overall the service is good. The breakfast has a wide variety of food. Just one issue is that we need to take taxi when go out every time. Sometimes may need to wait for >10 minutes. I would recommend this hotel.

This is definitely not double bed!!! this is just twin bed, totally not fit for a family... I feel cheated! Hotel service pretty slow and the front desk is always not in situation. As a 5-star hotel, they are not qualified!

Pleasant just difficult to communicate because tmost of the staff has difficulty in English

The staff at the front desk was helpful. However there's security check set up by the elevator, which required us to give them the room number and match our faces to their system every time we go up to our room. At least twice, the staff said they cannot find us in their system. One time they even asked for our passport, which I don't think any other hotels had ever done this. This was not the initial check in, this was just going up to our room during the middle of our stay. One day our relative who is staying at this same hotel tried to visit us in our room but was not allowed, he was told that I had to come downstairs to verify that I know him. He was also told that there's no visiting another room after 11:30pm. This had made our stay extremely inconvenient. It is a hotel, not a jail. We found the heavy security at this hotel unreasonable and will not consider staying here again. The buffet breakfast was not horrible, but it was certainly not worth the price, not even close.
