The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties.

It’s not a 5 star hotel, rooms are old, and the breakfasts it’s pretty bad. It’s a good hotel but not a 5 star hotel, needs some improvement. Staff is nice and helpful but very few speak English

Generally pretty good, but compared to newer 5-star hotels, it is showing age in a number of areas including bathroom, TV. Bed is too soft and bouncy, although not uncomfortable, I guess this is pure personal preference. Breakfast was extremely mediocre, not up to Westin standard. Location is fantastic, very convenient to the mall across the street for everything you want.

I use to stay at this hotel before and it was an excellent experience. Now, i was not so pleased. in the room, airconditioning was freezing cold and one cannot adjust it. If you turn it off one cannot breathe in the room.in executive lounge, air condition didn't work at all.
