It was a great trip here at The Westin. I received a warm welcome at the check in counter. The room is clean and tidy with a cozy bed. You can have a nice view of the Pearl River from a giant window. I cannot fault the room however I was woken every morning at 6:30am by very noisy scaffolding work next door. No one mentioned this to me at checkin. The other weird thing is that all the hotel restaurants close very early around 9pm -9:30pm. I ended up spending over 300 yuan each for a buffet that we again were not informed closed 20 minutes after we entered. Drink prices are also very very high for China.
