We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. The summer whether in Wuhan was scorching, but our trip was very pleasant thanks to Wanda Realm.

Beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Conveniently located beside Han Street which is filled with shops and restaurants. Excellent customer service overall - the manager on the Executive Floor Jason Lee was especially helpful. We look forward to staying at the Wanda Realm again when we visit Wuhan in the future. Highly recommended.

Very well located for the Han show (but check it is on first as it was closed when we were there) and also restaurants and shopping right next door on Han Street. Very large comfortable bed and deep bath in bathroom. Clean, comfortable, and as I live out in the sticks of Wuhan I will be coming back for the shopping. One problem is as an English visitor I like fresh milk with my tea. The first time I stayed here it was free but this time they charged so we sent it away and bought some from the local supermarket instead. Think milk for tea should always be free!

It's very hot, about 24-25 degrees. you can't control room temperature. We were told we had to open the window if it's hot.
make sure you drink enough water before you get there. They change $40 RMB for a bottle of water (less than 500ml). Surprised me there is someone to make money in this way nowadays!
We booked a suite which should offer free breakfast for 3 persons. when we checked in, they said they never offered breakfast for 3 persons, always for 2 only. After we contacted Hotels.com, the manager said they would offer a free breakfast to the third person because this was our first time to stay with them. Seems we got a bonus.

The hotel is located minutes away walking distance from Han Street, which has lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is also close to the beautiful East Lake and Wuhan University. Commute is very convenient. The hotel itself looks grand, new and modern, our room was big and comfortable. Though Wifi was spotty and slow. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, some speak English well. We especially want to say thank you to the hotel concierge manager Wesley, he was patient and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We've been to few cities in China, Wuhan by far has the biggest population, though a lot of people have bad manners, so are few of the hotel bellmen, few times, when we asked the bellmen to get taxi for us, couple of them refused to help, and were rude and disrespectful. Overall, we would stay the hotel again when go back.
