I stayed in their apartment room for a few days, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant Akatsuki, and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, cozy stay during their trip.

I liked the variation of foods in the breakfast buffet along with the fact that there were people that were helping you open the heavy doors to get in and out of the hotel easily. I would definitely come here another time or recommend it.😁

From the entry the checkin process took so long and the staff is not professional at all. As a room, the toilet wasn’t cleaned AC was not working well, safe book was so old fashion and the all the facilities are old.

Great service from all staff members. the room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. I wish the air condition thermostat display was in English and not Chinese.Great shuttle service to the Canton fair, on time with provision of water and snacks. Location was good and close to many places

Yuwa had a nice breakfast. The staff speaks very limited English. The bed was hard, pillows were soft, but there was a stain in the sheet. The room was fairly clean, but there was black marks (maybe mold) in the caulking in the bathroom. Also, they are a little lenient on smoking because I could smell smoking from my bathroom.

Two separate stays in a week on a business trip, overall both stays were good experiences with central location, friendly staff, good size clean rooms, good buffet breakfast, efficient shuttle bus to and from Canton Fairs. The downsides were only a few but important I think, a good trip usually means a good nights sleep but the beds were really hard even with a mattress topper that I requested so I found a spare doona in the cupboard which gave some comfort - a softer bed would have made a huge difference. The only other downside was a lack of english at the front desk, we managed as you always do in China but this could certainly be improved as there was a number of Australasian and European guests. All in all a good stay.

What I like MOST about Yuwa Hotel is their Service ... the extra effort they put into making your stay -WELCOME AND APPRECIATED . The Breakfast Buffet was also very good ! The only complaint that I can only say -- it a little far from any subway stop . I will definitely come back again to stay with them again

Overall a good hotel with good internet connectivity, clean, good gym facility and restaurants in surrounding area. Lots of restaurants to choose from, one only needs to venture a few steps from the hotel to get good and reasonably priced food. Only drag is that the nearest subway station is about a good 15 mins uphill walk away. A sweaty walk in warmer temperatures. General taxi fare into the city centre will costs about RMB20. I was provided a nice spacious room but with no working table soda little inconvenient in that sense. Only have a Japanese style tea table with 2 mats.
