First off, when you arrive at the property and open the green door, you will be greeted with a rather barren foyer with two forbidding-looking doors right and left, and a set of stairs. Fear not. Ascend the first two flight of stairs and reception is on the right. There is no elevator, so if you come heavily laden with baggage, it’s on you to get it upstairs, which can be two or four flights of stairs. Pace yourself.
We were greeted by Natalija, who was delightful and very helpful. She even arranged for transport to the airport.
Our spotless room featured a lovely balcony with a partial view of the waterfront. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated, we really enjoyed our one night stay.

Very easy to find and check in was simple. Good communication through messages prior to. Very close to everything in the Harbour and even though we were close to the busy area there was minimal noise heard inside the room. Would definitely recommend 👌 great stay

Beautiful view from the balcony, clean and bright with 2 opening windows for fresh air. The host (Natalie) met us to help with Parking and she was very friendly with excellent suggestions about food and places to visit, see and explore. Comfortable bed, appreciated the fridge and the complimentary coffee/tea. We would absolutely return to stay here as th location is fabulous!!

I had a great stay at Riva Luxury Rooms in Split. The lady at reception was wonderful, she gave me lots of helpful advice and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. The room was very clean, the location was perfect, and she provided clear instructions for my late self check-in. Highly recommended!

It was clean and correct. However they use a strong deodorizer which is not nice. Also we did not know there is no elevator and we had to carry our bags two flights up. The entrance door to the building was broken. The area is good and the Accommodations good

Riva’s Luxury Rooms was the perfect place to stay in Split! The location couldn’t be better — especially if you’re arriving by ferry. Our room was spacious with a great view, and the hosts were wonderful! They were very communicative and even arranged an early 6 a.m. airport pickup for us, which made travel so easy. Everything in Split is just steps away. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff who were so helpful. Unfortunately our room wasn’t great. A small window at the top of the wall on one side of the room with no views at all. A broken curtain and a metal outside blind that was down and unable to be lifted meant the room felt shabby and closed in. The room was a good size and bathroom ok. Great for walking around to the old town but that was reallly the best that can be said. On an 8 week trip and this was by far the most disappointing accommodation. The kind and helpful staff were the only endearing part of the stay.
