First time staying in a capsule hotel and I really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and everyone was very respectful and quiet. A close walk to the metro and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants near by. I paid for breakfast but was a confused about where it was. They partner with local cafes, but I never figured out how to get it. Loved the stay though and would love to return someday.

Staff was AMAZING!!! So helpful and friendly! Close to metro.

Toilet and bathroom facilities were not as clean as they ought to be. No trash bin in room. Quite pervasive smell of cigarette smoke outside pod (not inside). Rather noisy "neighbor" showing that the pods are not as sound insulated as they could be.

Our stay at CityHub was such an enjoyable, stress free experience. The room was spacious. The lobby area had such a great vibe and convenient amenities!

I loved the pod hotel concept and the overall environment was very hygge! Also the City Hosts were the best hotel receptionists ever.

Convenient location. Room with two bunk beds was more than adequate for our family.

The rooms were maybe 80 ft.² literally just a bed and a shelf. Shared bathrooms and sauna. Bare-bones accommodations. Very eco-friendly, staff was friendly, bar open 24 hours. You can also prepare your own food or keep it in our communal refrigerator.

It was really good, can feel safe and quiet. All staffs who I met were greatly kind even I couldn’t speak well. If you are expecting to stay just sleep and shower, I recommend here. :)

Amazing Place, very clean and well located. Close to many bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from Metro and a 20 minutes walk to the Town Centre. I highly recommend this Hostel to anyone going to Copenhagen for a short stay.

This is the second time I stay in a City hub. I love it

Comfortable stay, convenient location, people are very quiet and polite, the bathrooms are spacious

Very clean accommodation including shared areas - we stayed in one of the quad rooms with a en-suite as were with kids and was perfect for one night. Although the bunks were VERY high off the ground so the kids ended up in the bottom bunks. Room and bathroom were spotless and appreciated the Rituals products. Enjoyed a drink from the vending machines and a sit in the shared area which was fine. One host was great heard him giving lots of tips to other guests. They recommended Hart bakery for breakfast which was a hit all round - best cinnamon buns we tried all week.

Such a unique place to stay! I loved it! It had everything I needed & was in the perfect spot to walk or hop on the bus to see and do tons of things. For example, it is about a 1 km (easy) walk to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, and other popular sites. Walk a bit further or take a local bus to get to Nyhavn and the popular shopping district. City Hub is easy to navigate, and the hosts are kind, friendly, and helpful. Serve yourself a night cap or coffee and find a comfy spot to hang out. Bathrooms are large & kept very clean. Toilet stalls and shower stalls are private. Access to a well-stocked kitchen so you can eat your take out or leftovers. The private hubs for sleeping are AWESOME!!! So very comfortable and quiet! And as a solo traveler, I felt completely safe at all times. I met the manager, Vinnie, and his partner, Emin. Lovely guys & we had a wonderful conversation!

Pods were nice, weren’t very clean though :( Mine had hairs and a lot of dust, and also marks on the mattress. Showers were nice, toilets weren’t very clean. Staff were friendly, would have been nice to have breakfast onsite. Location was good not too far from city centre/tourist spots. I’d visit again despite the few downsides

Amazing place! So affordable for where it is, coolest place I have ever stayed. Staff were amazing! Love the whole wristband situation and the self service bar was so cool, couldn’t fault this place at all!
