For a last minute find once we hopped off the bus, I am so thankful I found 1 last pod for my travel buddy and me. We were exhausted, and greeted with such kindness & hospitality in a cool, quiet ambient place in the heart of Vesterbro. Jacob (Jakob) from Czech was top notch in every way possible. The sauna and cold bath were life savers after a week and a half partying in Sweden with friends, sweat out the toxins in the sauna and revive your heart with the cold shower. The bathrooms were so clean and always had really hip, chill tunes playing to relax and feel awesome. The kimonos they provide are a super cool touch. The 10/10 would recommend and they partner with many businesses to get you 10% off. We found Viktor’s pastry shop and after noticing the CityHub wristband, gave us a free dessert as he realized he didn’t give me the discount. I didn’t even ask!

First time staying in a capsule hotel and I really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and everyone was very respectful and quiet. A close walk to the metro and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants near by. I paid for breakfast but was a confused about where it was. They partner with local cafes, but I never figured out how to get it. Loved the stay though and would love to return someday.

Toilet and bathroom facilities were not as clean as they ought to be. No trash bin in room. Quite pervasive smell of cigarette smoke outside pod (not inside). Rather noisy "neighbor" showing that the pods are not as sound insulated as they could be.

The rooms were maybe 80 ft.² literally just a bed and a shelf. Shared bathrooms and sauna. Bare-bones accommodations. Very eco-friendly, staff was friendly, bar open 24 hours. You can also prepare your own food or keep it in our communal refrigerator.

It was really good, can feel safe and quiet. All staffs who I met were greatly kind even I couldn’t speak well. If you are expecting to stay just sleep and shower, I recommend here. :)

Amazing Place, very clean and well located. Close to many bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from Metro and a 20 minutes walk to the Town Centre. I highly recommend this Hostel to anyone going to Copenhagen for a short stay.

Very clean accommodation including shared areas - we stayed in one of the quad rooms with a en-suite as were with kids and was perfect for one night. Although the bunks were VERY high off the ground so the kids ended up in the bottom bunks.
Room and bathroom were spotless and appreciated the Rituals products.
Enjoyed a drink from the vending machines and a sit in the shared area which was fine.
One host was great heard him giving lots of tips to other guests.
They recommended Hart bakery for breakfast which was a hit all round - best cinnamon buns we tried all week.

Such a unique place to stay! I loved it! It had everything I needed & was in the perfect spot to walk or hop on the bus to see and do tons of things. For example, it is about a 1 km (easy) walk to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, and other popular sites. Walk a bit further or take a local bus to get to Nyhavn and the popular shopping district.
City Hub is easy to navigate, and the hosts are kind, friendly, and helpful. Serve yourself a night cap or coffee and find a comfy spot to hang out. Bathrooms are large & kept very clean. Toilet stalls and shower stalls are private. Access to a well-stocked kitchen so you can eat your take out or leftovers. The private hubs for sleeping are AWESOME!!! So very comfortable and quiet! And as a solo traveler, I felt completely safe at all times.
I met the manager, Vinnie, and his partner, Emin. Lovely guys & we had a wonderful conversation!
