Gråsten is a wonderful place with an inpressive royal garden and castle. The staff is friendly, called me after finding my laptop still in the room. They sent it to my home address with care and I will definitely come back!

The apartment was great, very clean and spacious. Parking was never a problem as there is reserved spaces for the hotel patrons. The area is a small town but it has a grocery store right next to the hotel and a few small restaurants if you feel like dining out.

Hotellet er gammelt og det bærer det præg af, dog var det værelse vi boede på rent og pænt.
Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme, især rengørings-pigen, vi havde nemlig problemer med at få tilsendt en kode til at komme ind, hun var bare så sød. Morgenmaden skulle vi lige vente på, men det var fint, det smagte godt, der var lidt, men det var godt.
Jeg er sikker på at vi vender tilbage på et tidspunkt.

Vi havde Prins Henriks værelse med 2 rum 1 nat. Store værelser med 1 bad. Det var fint. Indrettet i gammel stil som bygningen. Ingen personale pånær til anretning af morgenmaden, Italiener?. Rundstykker var flere dage gamle og uspiselige. Pålæg virkede som var det daggammelt og kaffen ikke særlig god. Men resten var ok. Gratis offentlig parkering på gaden og nærliggende p-plads

Nice location, easy parking and charging of car. Clean room, but very thin-walled, allowing you to follow neighbours conversations and activities closely.
Bit strange that no staff at all was around.
Very extensive number of e-mails in advance of arrival - seems a bit overwhelming and unnecessary for just a simple check-in and access.
