Nice hotel - room was basic but clean. Good parking if you have a trailer or a van. Also accepts pets which is a plus.

Great budget hotel

Quite and relaxing. The breakfast was typical danish. The home made bread was really good.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. Included breakfast buffet was excellent with a choice of several meats, breads, fruit & vegetables, yogurts and coffee/teas/juices. Room did not have a lot of storage drawers compared to US hotels. It only had one big storage drawer and about half a dozen hangers so we left most of our stuff in the suitcases. If you pack light like most Europeans do it is sufficient. Hotel does not have air conditioning but it is not needed as it has an opening window to let in the cool air. Location is very quiet even with the window open. Room was clean and everything worked. Note that like most hotels in Denmark washcloths are not provided; bring your own if you want one.

It is a basic roadside Motel. The description and pics are misleading. Not our type of place. Cramped, run down quarters - had to leave even small suitcases in the car. Stained carpets, poor lighting - overall left us with a very "icky" feeling. Check-in person surly, took the money never gave us a room or a key, had to ask and put up with surliness.

We have mixed feelings about this hotel. We had booked a family room which was supposed to have a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. We thought it would be nice to have these facilities plus we liked the extra space, despite it being just 2 of us and our dog. However we were given 2 adjoining double rooms instead, no kitchen except for a mini fridge. Apparently this was the new “family room”?! Pretty sure they didn’t just ran out of the real family rooms as there was only a handful of guests there same time as us. On one hand it’s nice to have 2 bathrooms but if one was planning to make his own meals or drinks as and when desired that would not be possible. And what if we had brought frozen food to prepare? We did not like that the listing was deceitful and we were not informed about this before arrival (we had booked in advance with free cancellation). We had actually stayed here 5 years ago in a family room with kitchen and we liked it that was why we booked it again. Quite disappointing. There was also no “rainfall shower head” as described, just a regular old hand held shower head which was fine. The water pressure was good and clean towels were provided. On both stays we were given rooms on the ground floor with views to the interior car park. Walls are thin and we could hear the guests 2 doors away. Have to say the hotel is good for pet owners as there are plenty of grassy areas around to walk your dogs. It’s an ok place for a short stay.

Bad ventilations in the room

Friendly staff. Clean room in a motel-like building in back. Parking in the gravel area in front of your room. No flowers or shrubs or even attempt to make it look nice. We thought the price was on the expensive side, so we expected it to be a little prettier. Nice European breakfast with a delicious cream filled pastry. Single entrée served each night at dinner for a reasonable price. Monday was Viking clubs (a large platter of cooked potatoes and pork ribs shaped like clubs) . Good dinner, and server was a friendly, weathered-looking big guy, who could have been an extra in a Viking movie.

We are a family of five and we got ourselves a very large suite with three bedrooms. Infact it was more like having an own house with livingroom & terrace with foot ball game etc. UNMATCHED price to quality! Also restaurant was very nice with good home-like-cooking to suit the children's needs also. Great breakfast!

The hotel is conveniently located for a driving holiday to Jutland. Staff are friendly and nice. It is really more of a motel and offers a great location at a reasonable price for a driving holiday.
