whala! boca chica - All inclusive

Unfortunately the place needs improvement.. the electricity was coming and going.. same with the hot water..and phone.. food is only good at the buffet and there is no utensils available at time.. sometimes food is cold… n the staff is mehhh.. except the one girl named caro at the buffet in the morning and 2 bartenders..also the keys deactivated several times.. n no elevator or personal to help with luggage.. the club is a room, literally no space n hotttttt…security was kind of rude…Beautiful view tho..

What a delightful and budget-friendly find! This resort provided a wonderfully pleasant getaway. Although the rooms could use a refresh, their minor imperfections were overshadowed by the charm of the peaceful and friendly neighborhood just outside. The resort boasts a truly gorgeous and vast beach that's perfect for soaking up the sun. Fair warning: weekends get bustling with locals, adding a vibrant energy. All in all, for the price, this place is a steal! And a pro tip: definitely venture off the resort to immerse yourself in the local culture!

There are too many flies in the eating dining room and the staff was not organized with forks and drinks. The food wasn’t appetizing so I mainly ate fruit or dined elsewhere. But the views were beautiful and the room was spacious. Not sure I would come back because of the flies.

I like the pool and the room

I stayed there for one night and it was amazing. This was my first time staying in an all exclusive I will definitely book it again next time.

Good the drink is not good

Warm welcome staff make you feel comfortable. The services, beach, pool, foods, shows... i highly recommended this hotel, for family vacations, couples, get away or single this the place and the price is fairly.

Food was horrible, stayed for 2 weeks n couldn’t even eat inside the hotel base on the menu they had, on top of that food always cold

The pool is beautiful. Let’s dive in, so I got to the resort late at night my first impression was it being mediocre. I didn’t feel safe when the cab dropped me off, so so many people outside the resort in cars and bikes, they were the locals hanging out in front of the resort. Walking to our building where our room was 5 big cockroach’s like HUGE Water bugs, you know the kind that fly. I was confined to my room for the night because I didn’t want to pass by them again, I was starving but waiting till morning. In our room their was a problem with the water because it smelled horrible like a dead rodent in it so we were unable to brush our teeth or bath to do foul order. I complained the next morning to front desk and they changed me to another room in another building. I must say no problems in that room. It was really nice and clean with ruining water. Regarding the beach, since it is shared because it’s public, you do get a lot of solicitation which can be annoying. The food is really not the best, no traditional Dominican food, it is catered toward tourist. I must say the pasta sauce they cook it for you on the spot that was really good. Desserts, hamburgers and such things need drastic improvements they were horrible tasting. Over alI I can say the staff was friendly. If you are looking for a quick inexpensive vacation that is not a fancy resort this would be it. The other guest were all from different parts of DR not foreigner

The pools are great, the beach is a few steps away. Very safe! The bad parts about the resort is the water from the rooms, u cant shower or brush your teeth with that water it taste and smells like pure rotten eggs! The rooms are clean and ok. The buffet food is boring and simple. Some may like it and some may not. The restaurants a la carta SUCK!!! But the unlimited drinks are amazing!!!!!!!!! For the price its great to me. The entertainment is hilarious at night. Employees are excellent!

You pay for what you get! Food isn’t good options are limited . Difficult to get water bottles brought to the room. Not enough beach towels. The check was interesting. Staff didn’t know there way around the hotel to take us to our room wanted To bring us through an ally. Then brings us to another room that looked like a maid room. The locks didn’t work the ac wasn’t pumping. The. Brought us to a 3rd. Room the water from the skin and shower smelled like urine terrible smell bathed with water bottles everyday. Alot of locals stay at the hotel and down with day passes. The only benefit of this hotel is being right one the Boca chica beach and if your there for the fries Boca chica fish your at the right spot. You can walk 20 feet and enjoy a good fried fish. I would not recommend this hotel i will not be returning. But if you’re looking for affordable which weekend trip try your luck.

Had a very great time staff was very polite great energy clean place only thing I should say they need to do a little renovation and this place will look like a palace but nevertheless great experience will be coming back soon..
