Everything you can hope for in the place like that. I am not sure about parking but who would drive in Santa Cruz anyways, perfect otherwise!

Everyone at Hotel Flamingo was very nice, accommodating and informative. Pablo at the front desk was helpful with tour & restaurant suggestions. Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were both excellent. The Flamingo was very conveniently located in a very safe area. Hopefully, we will visit again!

Great experience and the people were absolutely lovely. The only down was there was very loud music outside our room at 11pm to about midnight and we couldn’t sleep.

The property was ver clean. Our triple room was huge. The hot tub was a great bonus. Breakfast was great and the staff was beyond great. Our room was loud. We could hear breakfast being prepared above us very early in the AM, 5:30/6:00. That was the only negative. I loved the tea available all day as it was rainy and cool during our stay.

We have stayed here many times since 2013. The family owners keep everyone safe and speak good English. Breakfast is more than ample. Location is a block off the ocean road. They can tell you the good places to eat. Very clean. We will come back.

Checked into property with room on street side. Very noisy until 2am. Hotel allowed us to change rooms to opposite side and it was very quiet. Great breakfast every day. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was a bit creaky every time you got into it.

This place worked out great for us. The manager was responsive and helpful setting up transportation, it was a good location (not too noisy, off the main street), the staff was very kind, breakfast was good and the room was tidy. We could stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The hotel provided drinking water which was great. Breakfast was good. The only con was that the internet was extremely slow and was down one full day of our stay.
