Waking up to the sound of waves was the best of the stay. Amazing view of the beach and open spaces. Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs as best they could however as not a busy season at times it was hard to find some help. Food could improve. Having a safe, quiet and beautiful place by the beach that is also pet friendly is a wonderful combination. Would return and recommend.

Staying at Villa Kite was a fabulous experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and in front of the beach. I reserved the room in front of the oceans and it was great sleeping with the waves sounds. I loved the area, the hotel, the people working there were SUPER kind and accommodating. My only wish was that the room was bigger and the mattress more comfortable.

I loved the hotel! I also loved its location. Couldn’t be better! Also there’s a great little hamburger/pizza place to the side of the hotel that’s open only at weekends - try it! Best hamburgers and secret sauce is so special!

The idea of visiting Villa Kite had me excited
Once i arrived i was a little disappointed in the room because it was very small and the bathrooms are even smaller. The service was good and staff was very helpful.
overall it was an ok experience but could had been a lot better if they had more selection on drinks and food.

They gave us a dirty room that was only partially renovated and lacked basic things like blinds for the window. The room wasn't just dirty, it had been slept in and someone just made the bed up but it was full of hair from the previous guest. The blindless window opened to a hallway with a very bright motion sensor LED. Really bad experience the first night. They made up slightly the other nights. Staff was friendly, but management clearly not on top of their game. Area was cool, nice beach.

Nice little clean hotel on the beach, excellent for a nice long stroll. Has a kite surfing school for those who want to learn. Several good small restaurants close buy. Easy to move around. You can take a taxi to manta for 15-20$ or wait for the public bus for $1.

I can not say anything bad about this Hotel. The place is right in front of beach. The staff was super friendly, everything very clean. The owner Andres was very accommodating and resourceful. Also they have one of the best Kite School in Ecuador or anywhere. Xavier whom is the main Instructor is awesome. I took my time and did the course in 4 days.
