I always find all the staff extremely helpful and friendly and the room are always very clean and are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in.

Good for the price. Basic facilities, small room and some sockets were faulty. The price was good and it was decent enough for a short stay.

Perfectly acceptable for one night stay

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Things that could be better…. A room for three adults but only two towels provided and no hand towel so one shower towel had to be used for hands Went for a room with a window, however the windows don’t open for any fresh air Arrived early for early check in and was charged the advertised £20. However some other people I know who arrived within minutes of me were asked if there were there for the 90’s fest and because they were they didn’t charge them. I was there for the same reason and served by the same person. The toilet and shower cubicle is very open, clear class door with a strip of frosted glass so if someone tall stands up they can see straight in

Very clean room. Staff are very pleasant. Only criticism is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Yes there is a hot drinks machine in reception, available to purchase drinks. I would rather have a cuppa in bed in my pjs.

Good value hotel room. Would maybe be good to provide the same number of towels as people the room was booked for. Otherwise no complaints.

Good location-close to bus and train, friendly staff, felt safe, nice places to get coffee/food nearby

Watch out for added unwanted subscription to holiday club not impressed not happy had to cancel my card and get a new one huge inconvenience book with caution.
