I booked a premier room but the decor was tired the wallpaper was bubbled the bathroom door did not shut properly. The bathroom was dirty and the window seals had blown. There was only one person serving on the bar in the evening so took ages to get a drink and the breakfast was very poor.

Nice hotel in need of room upgrades cheap and cheerful family holiday enjoy by all.

Although very clean there was no mirror hanging on the wall, there was clearly a space for it. We had absolutely no hot water despite running the tap for ages. Recently refurbished room with new mattresses although these were extremely uncomfortable.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

A Hotel never to forget..... Was possibly the busiest weekend being Bank Holiday...... I've never seen such a busy reception /foyer... It is totally Budget end of the spectrum and EXTREMELY popular. You get what you pay for and the regulars are happy. People we met were great, down to earth, real people..... Regards breakfast, decoration, bathroom(I don't want to give a bad review)....... This place fills a need for people on tight budgets(or who are just tight)..... Will never forget.

the hotel parking was a joke.no spaces available even though i had paid.Had one meal in the evening .ordered two fish and chips and only got one.Was told cheff had gone home.Then saw other meals being served.

Closer to the sea and the harbour. Breakfast was average. Reasonably priced hotel.

Long walk from the lift with case's getting to old for this

This hotel is suitable for a short stay of one or two nights. The room is very basic, and the hotel's condition could be improved. It's important to note that you get what you pay for; this is not a luxury hotel. However, the location is great.

Very clean and bright room. Hotel corridors shabby. For me bed not the best. View of the harbour excellent.

Nice clean room,polite staff,perfectly situated nxt to the harbor and a good deal for parking whilst you stay.my wife and i always stay here when visiting and have never had a bad experience.

It was a really nice hotel with beautiful surroundings. Parking was a bit of problem, but otherwise all was good :)

Love the burstin. Rough and ready!

Cold water for 24hrs. Reported but had to chase for it to be resolved. But they gave a free drink voucher to compensate. Hotel very busy, so you’d think they could afford to refurbish. Walls thin, doors bang, decor tired. Double bed just big enough for one adult! With two, one turn and your falling off!! Laughable.

Do not stay here! Car park was rubbish. Check in was slow, bedroom was dirty, mattress is very uncomfortable. Towels had dirt and what looked to be blood on them. Very old and outdated hotel with low standards

Two great things about this hotel: Great mattress. Great location. The less impressive: Walking through a wall of smoke day and night from all the people smoking at the entrance. Despite signs not to. This was horrible, especially when with children. On entrance to the hotel (and overcoming that carpet - woah!) you can smell the pool, that’s fine and exciting for the kids. Then you enter the lifts and we all commented on the off bad smell. The doors opened to our floor and again, cigarette smoke smell. Having to use key cards to access the corridor is a pain, but your hands being left with a greasy film from using the handle is worse. The room was ok, though the door aggressively slams and I feared for small kids fingers. The fire doors separating the hallways need buffering as these cause noise throughout the night. The warm tap was akin the heat of lava and spurted out water in fits and starts. Not ideal. Our bins weren’t emptied for 5 days which was quite something. More places to hand damp clothes from the beach would be useful, as would a fridge. A ‘market’ selling bulk from Temu was set up on the ground floor at the weekend. Half expected suspiciously sourced old games consoles and TVs to be traded in a back room somewhere too. What an experience. Won’t be staying again.

We checked in at about 18.30 pm 1 hour after used the bathroom sink blocked tried to ring reception no answer then went down about 10.30 to many people waiting to been seen at reception to tell them the sink blocked waited to be seen but to long wait went back to my room then went down again about 12.15 am reported this to the guy at the reception he said someone will come but no one came then in the morning about 8.30 am I got up to have shower but no hot water coming so went down at 10.00 am checked out told the lady reception what happened she said only sorry I told her about sink and hot water issues with shower
