Greenbank Hotel

Comfortable.

Attentive staff and easy check-in. Old building lovely décor and restaurant views beautiful. We had a great stay. Breakfast was also lovely.

Excellent location, historic hotel with fantastic views and lovely, spacious rooms. We received an unexpected room upgrade and ended up in a fabulous twin room literally over the waters of Falmouth Harbour! Wish we could stay for a bit longer and enjoy Falmouth (third time visiting for me but always somewhere I want to revisit) and that lovely room!

Interesting location great views

Only issue was with the restaurant...some courses really overpriced considering what arrived...Scallops superb...for price...Pork belly not so...or the Fillet steak..(£34)...This was evening fare...daytime menus & prices more realistic..

A wonderful stay in an historic hotel. The up and down steps (which cannot be avoided) with bags etc the only downside, but must add help with bags was offered! Our room with a bay window overlooking the harbour was lovely. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower.

The food and drink was great, excellent breakfast. The pub does a great Sunday roast!

Beautiful location on harbor

Such a view of the harbour from the hotel. Easy to park off road and had ev charging. Rooms are large with all amenities.

Just amazing, I could not fault a thing. Perfect location, easy onsite parking, massive room with a stunning view of the harbour. Super friendly staff, great range of beers in ‘The Pub’. Beautifully cooked & presented breakfast. 100% spot on. Will definitely go back & stay again.

Service was amazing, the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was perfect, really pleased with the value. Our only issue was that it was quiet noisy in the mornings but think that depends on which room you get - we were right above reception, on the way to breakfast.

Such a lovely relaxing time away in Falmouth, the hotel was everything we could wish for, wonderful food clean comfortable rooms and great staff. Highly recommend .

Stayed at the Greenbank hotel for part of our Cornwall trip with the dog and the staff were very nice and accommodating with supplying treats for the dog. We also had a room with the harbour view which was fantastic. There is a pub sort of attached which is also very nice. The hotel is very nice, but some bits are a bit tired such as the hallway carpets which have stains. The rooms could also use some sound proofing as we could hear every step from the room above us. Breakfast was included, but was not great and very slow even though the staff had us reserve a time slot ahead of time. There are a few free parking spots for the hotel, but otherwise it's street parking or "VIP parking" for an additional cost. We managed to get street parking okay, but I can imagine during high season it might be difficult to find street parking.
