Stayed here for 2 nights while I attended the Manchester marathon. Really conveniently located hotel. Very central, walking distance from everything.
Staff were really helpful and attentive, provided great service and welcomed!
Went for the breakfast each morning and plenty on over, bacon, eggs, plenty of different bread, coffees, fruit, juices. Really something for everyone.
The room was perfect. It was just myself but very nice size room! Bed was very comfortable! Working air conditioning. Clean and quiet which is all that you ask for!
Overall, I had a great stay. I will definitely consider staying here again if I return to Manchester for a break or for the marathon again!

Excellent hotel right at the city centre. Clean and spacious for 3 adults.
No parking at the hotel premises, but paid long stay parking is available nearby with a discount code available from the hotel. I am happy, value for money.

Everything was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was noisy neighbours returning from a night out but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection.

Charlotte on reception was very helpful and efficient room was good enough and spacious but tv was such a disappointment as it kept breaking up or saying no signal this is not acceptable in this day and age! Location great and hotel very well kept

Hotel was in a great location and had a nice lobby but there constant doors banging all through the night and the shower didn’t have any hot water. It was also mouldy in places along the caulk in the shower.

Lovely hotel but I didn’t think the breakfast was great, the apple juice was terrible and no mushrooms, hash browns or black pudding and the croissants were terrible

Overall nice and clean with a very cofmortable bed, as expected, but it took me an hour to find the kettle which was hidden away under the desk and quite difficult to access. No indication ftom reception staff or in the rokm as to where it was hidden. Big black mark for this one, especially in Manchester!

Great hotel, central location & a number of car parks nearby.
Staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Couple of negatives: the hotel really needs to improve its soundproofing; we were woken around 4am on Saturday morning with people returning & doors slamming closed, floors creaking etc, and then the same around 6.30am on Sunday morning.
Sitting in bed on the Friday evening, we felt the people in the adjacent room get into bed as our headboard moved.........!
Rooms are quite dark; there are only spot lights above the room door, 2 dull wall lights by the bed and a floor lamp - could definitely do with some better lighting.
Would stay again, but would ask for a room towards the rear of the hotel & off the ground floor.
