Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme.
A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury!

We had a lovely stay overall. The only disappointment was that I had requested, a few weeks in advance, for something sweet to be placed in the room to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday. Unfortunately, nothing was arranged. Even after calling from the room, I was told they don’t offer anything like that and were instead offered Prosecco—but we never received any vouchers, despite being told at check-in that they had been given to us.

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience this time around. Too snooty not enough security especially when collecting food from outside there were two dodgy men hanging around made me feel uncomfortable.
