Very comfortable room with everything you’d need. The room doesn’t have a fridge. Really lovely shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any queries. Car parking is a bit frustrating I’m disabled and they were quite far away or if you could get a space the car needs to be moved quite early.

Good spot by the canal, ideal if arriving by train. Good sized bar, most staff smile. If doing Luce Rooms gig then this is spot on, a couple of non descript modern pubs close by but if you head to the 'estate' just above station there are a couple real crackers hidden away here. Was was immaculate, bed super comfy, shower was one of the best I have ever used. Only 2 down points, not enough storage space for clothing and only 4 hangers and also no minifridge and that was desperately needed while the weather was so warm. Can't wait to come again and spend some more time there.

Stayed just for one night with my 2 teenage sons whilst they visited 'The Live Rooms'. I stayed in the room and was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. Basically it was 2 rooms in one. I'm usually a girl that if I get 6hrs sleep thats amazing, but here I slept over 9HOURS!! The bed/pillows are that comfy. If I get the chance to visit chester again I wouldn't hesitate staying here.

Checkin was easy and we even got a free welcome drink on checkin. Room was perfect. They even had an ironing room on each floor, which was a brilliant idea. Lobby was lovely it felt a very relaxing place to be, we enjoyed the fact they had a pool table, pinball machine amongst other games. I would definitely stay here again.
