Friendly, helpful staff, clean room with a view of the canal. Lovely breakfast with a variety of choices. Perfect stay

Check-in was easy, with a really friendly member of staff and check out the same with Keith. Bedroom was cosy, but very clean and with a really comfortable bed Didn't have breakfast, but looked to have all you'd expect for a continental choice. Bar open to 1m too.

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable, staff were friendly and courteous, had a problem wIth 'hook up' but it was resolved.

Room is small, and we had issues opening two luggages at one time.

Situated in a perfect position near to the centre of town, Very modern with staff that are always happy to help and smiling all of the time, they must really love their jobs. Beds are so comfy you just slip into sleep, plenty of choice for breakfast. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely come back.

Excellent facilities great room and very handy to the city

Helpful staff on arrival allowed early room entry and eased parking concerns. Would have been helpful to state carpark entrance was next to Waitross ad sat nav post code took me to the canal side . Would stay again .iprobablyentrance

Good location for pedestrian access to the city centre. We chose to follow the canal footpath directly from the hotel - so easy! Comfy room and nice breakfast buffet.

Love the location the rooms and the vibe the staff are all really helpful and accommodating with all our requests. Fab breakfast will definitely book again .
