Room was warm, clean, bed comfortable, shower effective, every thing we needed was there with a very competitive price.
A broken bathroom floor tile which is dangerously sharp needs replacing urgently, otherwise, all good 👍

Downsides:
Mould around bath tube.
Lots of noise on top floor upon me during the whole night.that unfortunately didn’t allow me to sleep..

Clean room, easy access from front parking. Very little soundproofing, walls sound like they’re made of cardboard. Other than that, the rest was good.
