Very friendly service! Very cozy and clean room and overall establishment!
The only feedback I can give is that it was unfortunately necessary to use earplugs to sleep properly due to outside noise through the (closed) window. But, outside noise is to be expected in a city like London, of course!

The guest house was very clean and comfortable and served all of our needs for our short stay including secure parking, the owner was superb with every aspect of customer service including local knowledge.

Superb accommodation. Tom, the host was very accommodating. He left a voice message in my phone if ever we will arrive late. Then I also received an email. To our surprise he let us stay in a very spacious room. An upgrade and it did not affect the payment that we booked. Thanks so much for making our stay very memorable.

Tom, the manager is not there all day and I contacted him before checking in
He said he is in and out all day and does not have his reception manned consistently throught the day
He sounded flustered with his building work when I called and started saying things were not advertised properly with the advertising app I used
Overall, it needs a complete renovation and modernisation
I am happy with a vibe however it was outdated as opposed to being quirky, shabby chic cottage (which I thought it would be)
The office and room was dusty, the proprietor and manager seemed behind with the times (they did not know how to mirror screen)
The ground floor was undergoing a reservation apparently
The breakfast was priced at £14!
He said its undergoing renovation in light of this,
I think I was it was overpriced (considering there is a local wetherspoons with a much cheaper breakfast)
Manager was helpful at times and it was cheaper than most places
It was freezing outside, I put the heating on at maximum temperature when I got in
and he said he cannot afford for me to have the heating to its maximum
However, I would look around before booking.

Our host, Tom, was very generous with his wonderful knowledge and tips for London! This place allowed easy access to train into London and felt very safe when we walked back after returning at night. Very comfortable and well appointed - even had daily room servicing! Beds were very comfortable with excellent linens!

We were delighted with the friendly and helpful attitude of Tom (the landlord) who really couldn't do enough to assist us and provide helpful advice on places to visit, transport options and places to eat. Our top floor room was tidy and comfortable and reasonably spacious, and the bed was huge and firm but comfortable. A full size table/bench along the long wall was very useful. The small bar fridge was an unexpected bonus during our 3 night stay. The stairs are steep and narrow which should be factored in if choosing to stay there. The bathroom was well equipped and had a large basin and great shower. Its very reasonable price proximity to Heathrow, the West Draydon station and buses and excellent and affordable Indian and Chinese reastaurants helped make this very easy to recommend.
