Stone Villa

Fabulous stay, beautiful building, excellent location next to lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. Nice walk along the canal into the centre of Chester. Breakfast was beautiful with lots to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and clean, lovely staff, good breakfast. Really good shower. Walkable to city centre and also several options for eating nearby.

Nothing mot to like on arrival was welcomed by a young member of stafe by the name of jack very polite young man checked us in to our room escorted us to our room expland how to use the facilities in the room very helpful with information of places to dine for our stay if we would be going out for the evening excellent service visiting chester again stone villa will be our first choice of accommodation

Lovely stay. Room was really clean and has everything you would need. Staff were lovely. In a really convenient place so you can walk to local restaurants and bars or get a taxi into the centre. Breakfast was great and had loads of options. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The staff were very polite and accommodating the room was boutique and had everything you needed although the second stay they neglected to refil the milk but did so as soon as notified. The breakfast was delicious and a good selection. Stairs were very creaky to our room and I wouldn’t have wanted to come back late for fear of waking other guests. Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel, well priced including delicious breakfast choices. 5 minutes walk to good selection of local restaurants. All in all a gem of a Hotel which knocks spots of other premium hotels.

The room was very large and comfortable, cosy and clean. We had a fantastic stay, will deffo come back. Only criticism we had is that the pillows were a bit hard and the floor was loud so you could hear people walking past as it creaked. But that was minor and didnt ruin the experience.

Stone Villa was a lovely hotel in a quiet cup de sac, with a private car park. The rooms were very spacious and really clean. We even had a Nespresso machine which was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were amazing and went above and beyond.

I have stayed here before and was very comfortable. On this occasion i can say the positives were the hotel has undergone a refurbishment and the room was beautiful with a huge bed. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The welcome and check-in very good. We requested more decaf tea/coffee which was replenished whilst we were out. Breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients and very pleasant staff. The negatives the duvet was very heavy, too heavy for August so a restful sleep was not had and in the morning there was no hot water for a shower. My husband went to reception and they put the "boilers" on. This is an honest review and these issues were raised on check-out, hopefully they ensure these are rectified as this is a lovely b/b in a very quiet area perfect for a visit to Chester.

Stone Villa is a beautiful place to stay in lovely Chester. If we had to do over again, we would've spent two days rather than one.
