Cons: I didn’t like that my queen bed was just two twin beds pushed together, since one was more worn out than the other. Lack of wash cloth was odd, but used my hand instead. Fire alarm (false alarm) went off 3-4 times in 15 minutes. Area felt unsafe at night fall. Pros: clean room, room safe, housekeeping didn’t harass me like other hotels have, quick checkin/checkout, quiet.

Very good service from the staff. Breakfast was excellent buffet style. Great location with parking in belgrade ncp very close. Stayed in duplex room, room is very small and a great idea doesn't match the product. Would stay again but just in a normal style room that actually look bigger

This is a lovely hotel. We’ve stayed a few times now. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean -and comfortable. Only slight issue is that the windows don’t open, hence the room can get a bit stuffy. Otherwise, we will stay here again when visiting the city. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel and amenities were lovely. Used the bar area and this is really nice and relaxing. The breakfast was really good quality but was expensive for the offering. Ordered poached eggs and took a long time to arrive. Only giving 4 stars as felt the overall experience whilst very good, it was a little lacking for the price paid.

The staff were welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and inviting, my only complaint was that the shower door didn’t close properly, so the floor was saturated after a shower. All in all it was good experience and would stay at The Telegraph again!
