Beverley is very attentive and kind. Her breakfasts are delicious. The room was really nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. This is our second time at the Coppice and we didn't regret booking again. The guest house is a great location. 5 mins walk from Windermere town and 15 mins walk (downhill) to Bowness. The bus service is very good too and stops virtually outside the guest house.

Lovely room shame it was on third floor and no lift. No toilet on ground floor.
Lovely breakfast and good choice, the son was an excellent waiter! Beverley made an excellent host, good knowledge of area.
Shame it was a 20 minute long walk up and down quite a hill, but quite good bus service into Bowness and areas of the Lakes

We stayed at the Coppice for a 2 night birthday treat. The hosts, Neil & Beverley, are so friendly and remembered little facts about us which gave it the personal touch. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back :)

Really enjoyed the stay.The only reason we couldn't give 5 stars was the room was a little chilly but appointed well and clean. ( This may have been as it was the room closest to the entrance?).Breakfast was included and delicious.

Room was clean and comfortable and with tea and coffee Facilities with Top up condiments in Reception area ,

Lovely stay at The Coppice. Everything explained fully on arrival. Breakfast room, entrance hall, stairs, all lovely, warm and inviting. Room had everything to enhance our stay.
Short walk up to Windermere and slightly longer down to Bowness. Hosts excellent..
Would highly recommend.
