We stayed for 3 nights. Pauline made us welcome from arrival to seeing us off on departure. Breakfasts were excellent. Having an evening drink and chatting to us. Making suggestions on the best way to see things and when. As her business card says "you arrive as a guest but leave as a friend". Would definitely return

Stayed here for two nights in November. A lovely B&B with nice owners and well presented rooms. Breakfast in the morning was nice and contained a good selection. The location is great, close to everything you'd want to visit.

The owners are very welcoming, the hotel is very clean and situated perfectly for central Blackpool. There is a quiet lounge and a bar and they even offer parking. The room was so much nicer than most Blackpool hotel rooms and very modern. Breakfast was great quality and even the drinks in the room were well known and excellent brands. Thanks Pauline you were great.

Ideally located for tower and prom. Everything you would expect of seaside B&B . good value. if I was to nit pick, the shower could do with more power, there was hair in sink plug hole and a layer of thick dust on bathroom radiator.Landlady very friendly, good breakfast.
