Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Fabulous location. I know that a lot of people stay in the Christmas village, but there isn’t a lot to do for adults. This place is central to everything that we wanted to do.

Good selection at breakfast. Clean accommodation and handy for shopping centre.

The staff were helpful and the hotel is close to the airport and a shopping mall. The main reasons why I didn’t give the hotel more stars are: There is no lift so if you are travelling with heavy luggage you might want to look elsewhere. The room is pretty old and the bathroom is small. There is not much space between the shower curtain and the shower so it was uncomfortable. The housekeeping didn’t check the shower gel. It was empty on our visit. The toilet paper was in a holder on the wall opposite the toilet seat so only someone with very long arms can reach it. I would not recommend the hotel. Apologies to the staff.

Really good budget hotel. Clean & everything you need. Easy walk into city centre. Was able to hire winter clothes through the hotel. Staff extremely friendly. 20euros for laundry. Breakfast range was good - cereal and hot food options. Dinner was amazing - 3 different hot meals, plus salad bar and soup options. Tea and coffee included. Only negative was the rooms were so so so cold.

Staff was not available. During the check-in, we only got our key room, no maps, recomendations, indications, nothing. The omelette had bolied eggs (presumably leftovers) and the food selection was poor. Very small room, shower and maintenance needed. The only good thing is location. Walking distance from the city centre, shoping mall and restaurants.

I was supposed to stay in Rovaniemi for one night and next morning fly out to Helsinki. My flight got canceled and my only option was to take an overnight train from Rov to Helsinki. I tried to explain my situation to the front desk staff and she was completely unhelpful. That same rude woman also checked in my friend and he had asked if he could do early check in (not an uncommon thing to ask if hotels can accommodate when rooms are available). Her response was, "Did you read the booking information?" Also asked if he could leave his bags until check in (another common request) and she was short about that and said he could do what he wants with the bags. My only negative experience my whole week trip in Norway/Finland was this hotel.

UNFORGETABLE TIME WITH THE EXCELLENT AND WARMEST STAFF. LOVE IT SIMPLE, FRIENDLY AND CLEAR STAFF. NICE FOOD
