I found the staff extremely helpful going above and beyond what's expected. The rooms are small, but this was exactly what I needed. The location is excellent; public transportation is easily accessible, and the town centre is only a few minutes on foot.
I did not try the provided breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Great location with paid parking opposite. Large family room which was 2 bedrooms. Nice park opposite and plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Good value

I found the staff extremely helpful going above and beyond what's expected. The rooms are small, but this was exactly what I needed. The location is excellent; public transportation is easily accessible, and the town centre is only a few minutes on foot.

Increidible stay! Shower and bed and location 3 blocks from city center. Staff was amazing, helps us with a map, travel advise and place to park 2 free directions 2 blocks from the hotel. Super safe zone, clean and smells really good! I love it

the soap of the shower was empty at our arrival and stays the same for all the period. meaning that the staff did not cleaned the shower during all the period. i did not asked for replacement since i use my own soap but it was for checking if they will replace by themself .
the WIFI was not so good and i had difficulties to connect.

The place was fine and clean. The room wasn't that big, but that was ok for the time I stayed there.
The only thing to watch out is the Check-In before 11pm, after that reception is closed.
Hotel is well located, not far from public transports (buses and trams) and it seemed not far from the old city centre.
Quiet residential area, with a park on the opposite side of the main entrance.

Wanted to sleep in but at 8:30am, the staff were loudly talking just outside our room for a solid hour and we could not sleep any more. Not sure if they realize that floor has many guests trying to rest.
