Cour du Corbeau Hotel Strasbourg - MGallery Collection

Our room was amazing. They actually upgrated us (we did not even ask) and we got a very nice big room with a nice big window on the courtyard (see the big window on our picture). It was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. The service was great all around the hotel. Everyone we interacted with made you feel they were here to make your time better and they were very eager to help you with all you needed. The breakfast was amazing, only using very tasty local products. There was a lot of choices. The decor of the hotel was really nice. The hotel location was very good as well, close to the cathedral and we felt safe in the area. We had no issues. We had a great stay and will definitely come back on a next trip in Strasbourg.

The entire staff were remarkably supportive and friendly. The hotel is incredibly charming and welcoming. Even though the hotel is not updated it has everything you need including a restaurant and nice bar. They actually had a piano player in the evening one day and it was amazing! I highly recommend this Hôtel which is walking distance to its glorious cathedral!!

There is literally nothing negative that could be said about this lovely and perfect hotel. The rooms are beautiful, large, with every conceivable amenity. The staff extremely helpful and the hotel is in a perfect location. It is also miraculously quiet. HIGHLY recommend.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved the size of our room and the location of the hotel!

The staff were amazing. They booked a reservation for us at one of the best restaurants we ever ate at.

A truly beautiful building refurnished with taste in the bar and lounges. Our room, the best and most expensive was large and with a nice balcony. Unfortunately the decor was not what expected. All the furniture seemed kind of thrown into the room at random. The bathroom, french style, is dated and very unconfortable. The wc in a true "closet" with no sink behind 5 meters away from the rest of the toilette seems not higenic at all by any standard. Confy bed, not king size, no selection of pillows was not up to a 4 stars hotel in Europe. Trust me, I spent over 200 nights a year touring Europe at 4 or 5 hotels. Beskfasf was ok, a little boring for a 4 nights stay. But what is a real shame is the staff. They barely take care of you! The front desk guys are all the time talking or paying with their i.phones, exception made to the very nice man how takes care of your lugagge. Bar staff is awful. During breakfast day after day they kept asking us to show the keys of our room. And it's not such a large hotel not to remember the only two women who stayed 4 nights on a row. The WORST of all was the bold man in charge of the bar in the evening. So so rude! The fridge in the room hardly works so we needed to ask for ice to have a simple Coke Zero kind of cold but he refused to give any, despite having an ice making machine that provides plenty. Had to write to the manager to get some ice. A real waste because the location and the original building are outstanding.

A really lovely hotel in a great location. The exterior / courtyard is old and stunningly beautiful while the interior of the hotel and the rooms are very modern and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Convenient with character

We had a very nice overnight stay while we explored Strasbourg. The hotel is in great condition, the room and bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel..
