A really lovely hotel in a great location. The exterior / courtyard is old and stunningly beautiful while the interior of the hotel and the rooms are very modern and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Strasbourg.

We had a very nice overnight stay while we explored Strasbourg. The hotel is in great condition, the room and bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel..

Das Hotel ist eine kleine Oase mitten in Strassburg. Die schön gestalteten und modernen Zimmer sind super in die historische Bausubstanz integriert. Die Zimmer bieten allen Komfort, das Frühstück ist exzellent und die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Sehenswürdigen sind fussläufig erreichbar, es gibt in der Nähe tolle Restaurants und Patisserien sowie auch ein Parkhaus (Austerlitz) mit grosszügigen Parkplätzen.

This was my third stay in the last decade and I would never stay anywhere else in Strasbourg. Wonderful location, 5 minutes from the Cathedral and 12 minutes from the opera, wonderful, friendly, multilingual helpful staff. Great breakfasts. A top notch hotel.

Charming historic hotel with large rooms and bathrooms! Decorated beautifully for the holidays and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The balcony overlooking the charming courtyard was awesome. There are plenty of public spaces to gather in and the bar is friendly. I can only imagine how adorable this hotel is in the summer with flowers spilling over the window boxes.

ホテルのスタッフは皆親切で感じがよかったです。写真通りの素敵な外観で、中は清潔感があり居心地の良い部屋でした。このホテルを二泊にすればよかったと少し後悔しました。
ただ、、車で行くのがとても難しいので注意してください。ホテルからメールが来ましたが、あれだけだとわからないです。歩行者のみ通れるような川沿いの遊歩道を、インターホンで話して開けてもらうのですが、私は通れないと思い何度も素通りしました。とりあえずホテルまで公共交通機関やタクシーでいって、その後レンタカーを借りる方がよいと思います。

I can honestly say that this was one of the loveliest places we have ever visited. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The accommodations were comfortable and elegant. The breakfast was absolutely exquisite and delicious. Staying there was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

The perfect whimsical hotel to live out your Strasbourg dream getaway. Loved this hotel and its stylings. The staff were very nice. I will say I booked the prestige level room which has the idyllic view into their gorgeous courtyard. That was everything for us. Without that, I’m not sure if it would have been the same. It’s not located in the very popular Petite France area of old town, but it’s still very walkable to everything inside of 15 minutes.
