The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with lots of dining options and within walking distance of the Louvre and Notre Dame.

Second time I’ve stayed here. Rooms are definitely small but the location makes up for it. Close to metro, tourist sites, shopping, food…it’s a great launch point. Would highly recommend for two people. Will say the ac was cold but had a chirping noise which was definitely annoying. The other time we stayed was Dec and all was great. Btw this stay was during a heatwave and ac was the perfect temp.

Great little hotel. Tiny room, with both air conditioning and an elevator (I was there during an heatwave, so the air was much appreciated). Great location right in the center of Paris. Châtelet is right next door, making it easy to take the RER to the airport, and line one is right by the Louvre, a few minutes walk. A coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated, but there is a coffee house right across the street, although it’s not open until 9 am. Very helpful staff, and they will certainly call a taxi for you. Restaurants and cafes everywhere, but do try and stay away from the cafe at L’arbre Sec, at the end of the street…if they suspect you’re a tourist, they will charge you twice the going rate for almost anything.

Let me first say that the staff was very friendly and helpful in this small hotel. The location is great being just minutes to walk to the Louvre, metro and tons of dinning. The huge problem was the bathroom in one of my two rooms had mold in the ceiling. All four of us had runny noses, sneezing and coughing the entire trip and beyond from it. We asked to be moved to another room but the hotel is rather small and all rooms were booked. We asked to speak to a manager but one was never available. The desk staff was understanding and nice but could do nothing to resolve the problem nor comprehend the seriousness of the problem. On the last night of our 6 night stay, they finally had another room available and it was great. Unfortunately too little too late.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. My small room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Nice touch were caramels on a plate which felt luxurious.location was close to the Louvre, other galleries and the Seine. Breakfast was typical of what I have had at other places, but its location in a vaulted basement was interesting. Enjoyed my stay.
