the hotel is located on a small street, few blocks from the beach. If you are driving there is no place to stop the car to unload your luggage. We booked a room with king size bed, which was printed on our confirmation. The room we received did not have a king size bed and the hotel gave us a difficult time. Eventually then switched the rooms. Otherwise the stay was good

The location was perfect! Two blocks from the station and the beach and easy walk to old town. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming (we even got early check in). Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. But the room and hotel in general were a bit rundown and in need of some repairs and updating. Eg the window to our room wouldn’t close properly and we could not adjust the AC. But I would probably stay here again because for me the positives outweighed those few negatives.

I don’t think this hotel deserves the star rating it has received. The hotel in need of a refurbishment and I’d put it at about a 2 star max. Bathroom was clean however, but finishes quite old. Also poor acoustics between suites. Could hear the TV programme next door perfectly. As long as you know what you are getting that great, but sadly misrepresented on Expedia.

Convenient hotel close to train station but not next to the busy streets, some noise at night but tolerable. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The room we had was very tiny so beware if you have big suitcases but otherwise very clean and with the essential amenities. Around 10 mins walk to beach, 5 mins walk to plenty of seafood restaurants and a bit further the old town.

Great location, right in the down town where all the shops are, at only 3 min of walking distance from the beach. Clean rooms, pretty small, avoid the rooms on the first floor as they are very noisy as the hotel is right next to the main shopping street. Make sure you stay either on the 4th floor which is newly refurbished or on the 5th or 6th floor. If you want a very good value for money parking I recommend you The parking at the Palais de Festivals where a parking for 7 days cost us 90 Euro compared to other parking slots where you pay up to 30 Euro a day. The breakfast is good but if you stay longer you could get a bit bored as it’s every day the same. Make sure you get a wine card for the Lounge at the 6th floor- 2 glasses of wine are from the house and you could regularly charge it. All in all we had an amazing stay! Enjoy!

This best western was not up to the standards of the best westerns that I have stayed in the states. I stayed there for 2 nights and was bitten by bed bugs during that time. Informed the hotel of my experience. The area was close to all the shopping and the water. Many restaurants in the area for the picking. Everything about the stay, except for the room, was very good. . Did not partake of any breakfast.

Personnel très agréable. La chambre est rendue petite en raison du lit xxl qui y trône... On aurait pu y dormir a 4 :) Donc, de notre avis, revoir la taille du lit pour avoir plus d espaces de circulation et de vie. Literie au top. Je n'aime pas la moquette donc point négatif pour moi. Et aussi, dommage de devoir demander le plateau de courtoisie( café thé source etc etc )... mais au moins il est prévu.
