Reception was friendly and helpful, rooms were cozy, nice shower pressure. The hotel is in a great neighborhood close to everything you would need, coffe shops, grocerie stores, bars, metro, patisseries.

Exactly what you expect for a budget hotel in Paris. Place was decent, extremely hot in the summer as I do not have air conditioning which nowhere in Paris does unless you’re staying somewhere super bougie. Close to the trains obviously, and the restaurants around are decent but overpriced as they are catering to tourist. Overall good bang for your buck. PS when you’re checking in make sure you’re not staying on the side where the trains are… If you wanna have your windows open, it is extremely loud till about 2:00Am in the morning and they start back up again at 6 AM

The shower didn’t drain properly leaving around 100mm of water in the bath at all times. Main light didn’t work, only one plug socket with an extension. Pretty poor quality room for the price we paid.

This was the most atrocious hotel I have ever stayed at. I reached out to the hotel & Expedia personally before sending this but since there was no resolution I’m hoping to save someone else their money. $300 a night hotel to have ants in the bathroom, bugs in the bathtub, brown muddy water coming out of the sinks and the power outages. This building is not maintained, both expedia and the hotel promote photos that do not replicate what this hotel looks like. I sent side by side comparisons to Expedia showing them and “the most they could do” was offer me $25 one key Expedia cash. I travelled with my mother as two females this hotel felt unclean and unsafe.

Comfortable although in less than 24 hours the curtains and curtain pole fell off the wall, the toilet seat fell off and the paint was crumbling. Staff helpful and bed comfortable.

Disappointing for a 3 star: old furniture, dysfunctional bathroom. For French standards, to me this is just an average 2 stars. However, comfortable bed and fairly quiet room if you're facing the back for the building. Only advantage : right next to the Bercy suway station and a 3-min walk to the Accord Arena Concert Hall.
