This was a very basic room. No towels, toilet in a closet, cheap bed linens, no outlets close to mirrors. It was close to the train station and restaurants close by. Just super low end.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me by looking up things for me on the internet and advising me about places to eat. The breakfasts were very good too. I found the air conditioning in the room very welcome after hours in the hot sun. The hotel was remarkably quiet, given that it is in the heart of the beautiful town. I cannot wait to go back again.

The long time manager was particularly helpful and offered some pleasant conversation, as well as tending to the breakfast buffet.

Just spent 1 night here but very easy to get to from the train station just a few stops past Nice Ville. Easy walk to the water and a fantastic restaurant shares the same street and was recommended by the hotel staff.

Spent 3 nights here, room clean, good air conditioning, little balcony. A small lift to take you up to the room, big enough for one really! It appeared as if half of my room had been refurbished and half hadn't. Could just do with some finishing touches. A very quiet area, but on the last night I had some noisy neighbours that I could hear easily through the walls, so if your a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. Easy access to Nice and Monaco via bus from outside the train station about 3 minutes away. Overall would recommend.

We were staying with friends a mile away at Cap Ferrat. When they became too crowded, we needed a hotel for three nights. I also required somewhere that was walkable to amenities as I have an injured leg. We found this hotel online. We arrived with some skepticism. When we arrived, our apprehensions were totally allayed. Everything, including stores, restaurants and cafes were within a walk of a few minutes, even with my leg. A hotel worker named Pasquale was intent on making sure that we had helpful information and everything we needed to make our stay, with my injury, enjoyable. We passed some pleasant time in the hotel's coffee shop as well as a fine breakfast on the last day. What started-out as a question mark became a happy surprise! Be prepared for a small elevator, but an elevator nonetheless.

We stayed there 2 nights. The hotel is more like a place to sleep which is ok, but it is not 3*. The receptionist acted like a robot even though when asked about restaurants etc she was helpful. Not expecting big hugs on arrival but it was so mechanical that I have to mention it. We stayed at a 2* hotel right at the main square and it was super great (except the lack of elevator) but if you do not have heavy bags it is worth it.
