The hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Valence - there is free car parking at the hotel - the staff are lovely - there are 2 dining options - both very good - a really comfortable place to stay.

GREAT place to stay en route very clean modern frisky and with a baby we were very happy Evening entertainment was excellent and pool was deep and clean - we loved it Highly recommend this as a pit stop Area around is not great as it’s off the krotorwah bur very very practical for driving across France

Very modern and atylish hotel, smelt great as soon as you walked in - room was very small but the bed was super comfy and the shower was great - very close to the motorway so the perfect spot to stay in the way to Switzerland

This hotel looks nothing from the outside but inside it is completely renovated in a colourful and attractive way. The rooms are also newly decorated but very small. I don't how Mercure can classify these as 4 star as they are the same size as an Ibis room. Room service is limited and over priced as is breakfast.

Das Hotel wirkt seit Jahren immer abgenutzter. Die Teppichböden sind sehr fleckig und ungereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist die Geräuschkulisse sehr hoch. Bei geschlossenem Fenster herrscht Ruhe. Sehr gute Nähe zur Autobahn. Reinigung des Hotels wäre sehr empfehlenswert! Trotzdem, ich werde die Unterkunft wieder buchen!👍👍👍

La température et le confort de la chambre étaient bons. La douche a un revêtement glissant un peu dangereux pour les personnes âgées. Mais la chose qui nous a un peu dégoûté, c’est la présence d’une pubaise dans la chambre. Heureusement nous avons pu nous en débarrasser.

Nous sommes des clients réguliers chez Mercure Valence Sud, et y faisons étape lors de nos allers-retours Strasbourg-Cannes. Nous en apprécions particulièrement la décoration très originale. Pourtant nous avons été déçus par l’accueil et la chambre manquant de lumière (une lampe manquante) qui nous a empêché de lire, et la douche dont l’évacuation était défaillante ce qui a créé certains "débordements" intempestifs. Nous nous en sommes adressés à l’accueil, mais visiblement ils semblaient être pris de court et incapables d'intervenir. Nous pensons que ce n’était pas le "bon jour" et nous reviendrons ne serait-ce qu’un raison du charme de l’endroit.
