Stayed at this hotel as a stopover on the way to Nice. Typical Ibis standard - small rooms, comfortable beds, efficient service, friendly staff. Location was OK - close to RER station, bus connections on main road, a few eating places in the area - we dined at the Courtepaille which was very good. Room AC had been turned off, window wouldn't open (there was a trick to it according to the staff) so the room was quite stuffy and warm. As a quick stopover, it was OK.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. When we had an issue with the ac in our room they moved us right away. They were also helpful when I couldn’t get through to the car rental agency, helping us with the dialing and prompts. They went above and beyond.

Another stay for work at the Ibis Creteil. This is a very basic hotel with minimal facilities. The rooms are generally clean and tidy but very basic and if I'm honest could use some updating. Overall, it's a place to grab a shower and a sleep.

Pros: - It has a good parking area in front. - Stuff are very helpful, Room service is a nice Tidy lady. Cons: - The quality of the bed is moderate. - Not enough towels in the room and Shower is open door, so you have to be curious not to spill water on the floor. - No fridge, No Hangers for your clothes, Just an Open Wardrobe.

Poor hotel position, apart from couple of restaurants quite near, there's nothing to do afterwards so no option but to drive. Staff were very uninterested, after coming back from one of restaurants, fancied a drink in the bar, the woman on reception was sitting in side room, she watched us walk into bar and just stayed where she was, was not interested in finding out if we needed anything. Would not stay there again, or recommend.
