Hôtel Ibis Lille Centre Gares

Excellent option for a budget hotel. The room was clean, very quiet, and completely adequate for what we needed (just a place to sleep in peace). There are no complimentary hot drinks facilities in the room or the hotel, which was a shame. The hotel is not in in nicest part of Lille but is a far enough away from the station and main street of shops to feel safe and peaceful.

Perfect hotel, perfect location. Breakfast had good selection. Car park was safe leaving the car.

The hotel is fine but basic. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. The hotel is close to the station and shopping centre and not too far from the Grand Place and other interesting areas.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast. Spacious rooms and hotel. Close to centre with lots of restaurants and shops. Only 10 minutes walk from Eurostar Europe

Good location. Stayed in twin room. Beds very narrow. No international tv channels and no radio.

My bedside light was broken, the button was loose and actually fell off. Also why no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, a basic level of service surely? No plug or USB point bedside, again i would expect this as standard in an Accor hotel.

Friendly staff, breakfast was basic but decent value. The hotel is very central and walkable to most places

Staff were pleasant. There were major roadworks in the street which caused us some stress ( a warning about that would have been nice as it caused us difficulties ) The room was pretty small, we couldn't pass each other at the end of the bed. The mattress and pillows were fine although there was only one spare pillow, and we both like two. The keycard for lift and room was tempramental. Unfortunately the guests upstairs were banging on the floor repeatedly for quite a while during the night, it actually sounded like there was workmen up there, but at 11.30pm onwards I doubt it. It was bad enough that I nearly got out of bed to go and complain - so soundproofing or lack of is an issue. Parking was very pricey considering we were only parking a motorbike. You can fit 3 bikes in a car spot - they need to rethink their pricing there. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it I'm afraid

Very conveniently located near Lille Flandre station. Nice room design. Genuine effort at sustainability eg no plastic bin liners. All staff are excellent - cleaners, dining, check in.

The room of twin beds, it was not comfortable

A good standard hotel for our needs.External circumstances were that it was full of Euro hockey teams and they all took over the hotel and were very noisy.Their trainers were in the corridors and made a bad smell in the corridor which was unpleasant.

Great location! Just a couple minute walk away from the centre of Lille. Very clean hotel, daily housekeeping, really good breakfast and definitely a cozy feel in the lobby. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay there again. Parking is limited in the public street if you have a car because of outside construction on that block but once that’s done I’m sure it would be better.

Dirty room. Unfriendly staff. No kettle in room. Very small and dated. Cost top money for poor accommodation

Rooms very basic no facilities for making a drink or anything room also very cramped Breakfast ok but no bacon available and long wait for hot sausages Staff where polite and friendly

Room small with limited plug sockets in wrong places , toilet to close to wall for a 6ft.1 man to sit on, breakfast limited run out of bacon and had to wait 15 mins for sausages.
