Hotel extrêmement sympathique, personnel très accueillant, service parfait

chambre passable car nous avons eu chambre pour personne mobilité réduire pas de gel douche et donnant sur la rue très brillante

La chambre était très propre et le personnel accueillant. Nous avons également apprécié le calme de cet hôtel ainsi que la décoration et la disposition du hall d'accueil

L’hôtel est vieux. Les coussins et la literie sont dépassés et pas renouvellé.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast. Spacious rooms and hotel. Close to centre with lots of restaurants and shops. Only 10 minutes walk from Eurostar Europe

Good location. Stayed in twin room. Beds very narrow. No international tv channels and no radio.

My bedside light was broken, the button was loose and actually fell off. Also why no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, a basic level of service surely? No plug or USB point bedside, again i would expect this as standard in an Accor hotel.

Friendly staff, breakfast was basic but decent value. The hotel is very central and walkable to most places

Staff were pleasant. There were major roadworks in the street which caused us some stress ( a warning about that would have been nice as it caused us difficulties ) The room was pretty small, we couldn't pass each other at the end of the bed. The mattress and pillows were fine although there was only one spare pillow, and we both like two. The keycard for lift and room was tempramental. Unfortunately the guests upstairs were banging on the floor repeatedly for quite a while during the night, it actually sounded like there was workmen up there, but at 11.30pm onwards I doubt it. It was bad enough that I nearly got out of bed to go and complain - so soundproofing or lack of is an issue. Parking was very pricey considering we were only parking a motorbike. You can fit 3 bikes in a car spot - they need to rethink their pricing there. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it I'm afraid

A very convenient hotel for the station. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Very conveniently located near Lille Flandre station. Nice room design. Genuine effort at sustainability eg no plastic bin liners. All staff are excellent - cleaners, dining, check in.

Très beau séjour, chambre propre et très calme malgré la proximité avec le centre ville. Bien situé, proche de tout et prix plus que convenable pour le lieu et le nom.

Good value for money accommodation

J'ai réservé une chambre 2 lits 1 place, nous nous retrouvons avec une chambre avec un lit 2 places. Après avoir été a la réception, on nous donne une nouvelle chambre, un lit 2 places avec un canapé convertible 1 places... La qualité de ce couchage est horrible... Plus jamais je ne reviendrais et je ne conseillerais ibis...

What's good: Serious hotel, friendly reception, good service, spacious room, clean bathroom. What's bad: The hotel is located near Lille-Flandres train station. The local area is not very clean. The area does not seem particularly safe, as municipal police officers, railway police officers, or heavily armed personnel in groups of seven to ten from a rapid response unit are almost constantly patrolling above the station.
