ibis Reims Centre

Small but functional room. Comfy beds. Steps from the railway station. All that was needed. Good breakfast buffet.

I booked this by mistake as the Expedia app did not fill my search details correctly. I have no diea how it gets an 8 rating. Rooms are cramped and uncomfortable. Carpets dirty. The rooms and corridors are dirty and damp. Staff were nice enough but the property urgently needs a refurb.

This hotel is very convenient to shopping, parks, restaurants, and the train station. The staff are friendly. The beds were clean, however, I would suggest replacing the carpet.

This is the 4th B&B Hotel we have stayed in on our trip. It was much as we expected, modern, smart, well situated on the edge of the city. Parking was opposite, shared with the train station. The chap on the reception, Valotte ( not sure of spelling ) was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small but had all we needed, including aircon, although this is the smallest bathroom we have experienced yet with a very compact shower cubicle. Nice bar, lounging area with games, including a pool table. Good stay, would stay here again.

Small but comfortable room, good breakfast, and centrally located with easy access to parking. Perfect for our one night stay.

Room was very small. Bathroom was extremely small. Guests could barely sit on toilet without hitting the wall and shower was tiny. Only two bath towels were given, no hand towels either day and no washcloths. Room was entirely too hot with no way to turn down heat or turn on air conditioning. Reception person was not friendly.

Convenient if you need a place to stay close to the train station.

Great place for visiting Reims. Easy walking into the centre and nicely close to the train station for a trip to Epernay.

Fun, eclectic totally French vibe in this modern-aesthetic hotel. Rooms are tiny and bathroom was like a cruise ship’s, bed was a student thin mattress-none of this was a negative. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again!

Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Thank you for letting us borrow an umbrella when it was raining in the evening.

Just to be clear; we do lots of overnight stays on our travels, whether by car of by motorcycle. We use Ibis more often than not, and are usually really pleased with them. This is the exception though. Firstly, a really unhelpful and surly receptionist who seemed to resent our arrival Then discover parking is not attached to the hotel, instead it's in the railway station car park. Not only is this not particularly secure but because of the one way system, one you drop your bags off, you have to drive about a mile to get back to the car park The room was terrible; very small and the carpet needs to be thrown out and replaced- i was reluctant to walk round in bare feet. The shower room was too small and needs a good scrub and bleaching. You need to be a contortionist to sit on the loo! Sorry Ibis but this time you let me down!
