I stayed in this hotel when it was a different chain about 12 years ago as it's in a perfect location next to the main station and walkable to the centre and 2 mins from tram stops. Under new management, the hotel is superb: good value for money, bright, fresh and clean with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Well located,near the train station (but quite) and in downtown. They offer a very good full breakfest but it is extra. Lobby is great with a lounge and amny entrainements.

The hotel is perfect for a short visit to Reims. Great location and has everything you need. The room was clean and tidy. Clean sheets and towels. It was very hot weather during our stay. It would be nice to have a small beverage cooler for cold water. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff was nice and accommodating, thank you!

There’s construction and they start making very loud noise at 7:30 am. Also, there is no soundproofing between rooms and you can hear someone in the next room even clipping their nails. Also no hair conditioner, only shampoo.
The staff is nice and location is great. Would be much better if they addressed the above.

Horrible city for traffic. Finding the hotel and getting parked was a nightmare. Had to drive circuitous route back around 3 times to find the entrance. Saw. None of Reims due to crowds. No food near motel. Wish we’d skipped the city.

Very unhelpful staff arrived 13.30 asked could we check in said not until allowed at 2pm . Smallest bathroom ever experienced.
Building works going on it was covered in white plaster in our corridor , lift was covered in white plaster the stairway was also filthy .
Only good thing was bread and cheese was fresh for breakfast

I booked this by mistake as the Expedia app did not fill my search details correctly. I have no diea how it gets an 8 rating. Rooms are cramped and uncomfortable. Carpets dirty. The rooms and corridors are dirty and damp. Staff were nice enough but the property urgently needs a refurb.
