It was a spur of the moment decision to stay in a hotel. It was late at night. The staff was very an accommodating and friendly! We stayed 7 nights. It was very enjoyable! The staff went out of their way to help us in any way possible!

I had an accident and broke my ribs. I called to cancel or reschedule to a later date.
To change date would have cost more than I was orginally paying so I left it.

He’s was comfortable. Only positive. Bathrooms were subpar. Tiny and couldn’t open door all the way. Water from shower got everywhere. Street area questionable but just across bridge from busy part of town.

The elevator was broken and no one helped us carry our bags, at least we were in the 2nd floor and not higher. The bed didn't have a mattress, it had a pad on top of a box spring. For us that we had a car there was no parking outside, apparently we had to reserve one at the hotel which we didn't know and the hotel is in a street where the tram passes by so we couldn't park nearby and you could hear the tram in the mornings.

The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous.
