Clean and cozy room. Helpful friendly staff.

Booked a double bed got 2 twins pushed together. Inconvenient for a couple. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Towels too small. TV turned on during the night Paper cups are a disappointment as glass is for more environmentally friendly.

It was a bad decision to stay here

He’s was comfortable. Only positive. Bathrooms were subpar. Tiny and couldn’t open door all the way. Water from shower got everywhere. Street area questionable but just across bridge from busy part of town.

The elevator was broken and no one helped us carry our bags, at least we were in the 2nd floor and not higher. The bed didn't have a mattress, it had a pad on top of a box spring. For us that we had a car there was no parking outside, apparently we had to reserve one at the hotel which we didn't know and the hotel is in a street where the tram passes by so we couldn't park nearby and you could hear the tram in the mornings.

The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous.

Convenient, clean, friendly. The place offers everything you need. I would stay again.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. All the staff except 1 girl were so nice. The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere. The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast. Everything else was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay.

Breakfast closed 30 minutes early, some days. Other days they had attentive staff that filled food beyond the last minute.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was in a great location for a walk through La Petite France up to the cathedral. Parking was a challenge and we had trouble with the AC working. We could leave the windows open but the street was fairly noisy with frequent trams passing. The rooms were clean and overall it was a good experience.

Nice hotel in a good location. Lots of good restaurants and bars in nearby Petit France. Good car park with limited spaces. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and wecoming.

Easy walk from train station

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!The hotel is located in a very sketchy neighborhood, I did not feel safe coming in and out specially after dark. It’s hard to access by car because the tram runs in both directions in front of the hotel, which makes it noisy too.The AC does not work properly and the hot water is not constant while you are showering.Staff at the front desk is very rude and not willing to accommodate, specially Sofie (who said she was a manager just to deny when I needed management to resolve an issue, lying and being sarcastic).Customer service is non existent, it’s like they’re doing you a favor assisting you.If you are like me and like to feel like a valued customer, forget it here.The parking they claim to offer is very very tight and cars get damaged (saw someone smash a door open in the car next to it) there is not enough spots and the spaces are tiny with no room to maneuver, I decided to use a public parking garage during my stay, which was not close and I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel from there. Breakfast is below average and totally overpriced. I stayed in Ibis hotels before and it was nothing like this one, this one gives the chain a bad name. I would never stay here again and I advise you to spend your money and vacation time in a place that is worth it. I travel constantly and I do read reviews so I hope this one can help someone not to make the same mistake. Safe travels everyone!

I was in Strasbourg attending a conference and the Ibis offered the perfect location to the old city. It was a clean hotel and the breakfast was great and filling.

Room was very clean, great for single travellers, very worth the price. The area was very quiet at night even if your room is on the first floor. They also offer luggage storage after checkout which is very nice of them! Overall a great experience and loved Strasbourg!
