I am confused about why I continue to receive this survey. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled by Expedia without any prior notification. As a result, I had to find another hotel in the area that could accommodate our four-day stay in Paris.

Very clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Especially now that this part of the street is pedestrian access only. Fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff.

This hotel is very well located, near to very active areas but something isolated, which is good. The services are appropriate, and the personnel attention very good.

The room was small but very comfortable. It had everything I needed. The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and everything was tasty.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Looks very updated and was nice! The location is great and I would definitely stay again. One negative was our check in was delayed by an hour since our room wasn’t ready.

Everyone was lovely but the noise from the bar just down the road was like a night club and disrupted my sleep on the two nights unfortunately :-( Normally I take earplugs but I forgot

Very ordinary hotel, smelly, couldn’t even turn around in shower it was that small, bed was against wall, room was tiny, 2 different non cleaning staff tried coming in our room when we had the do not disturb on and this was after it was cleaned, not sure who was in our room when we were out so felt unsafe leaving my belongings in room. Terrible breakfast. Everything about this hotel is poor quality even down to paper thin towels to use when showering. Poor quality wifi. Hotel is in a great location.

Breakfast good Room was a bit cold

The room we stayed in smelt really bad like moldy or foul smell from the sewer. compained to reception and they sent someone with air freshner but did not help. They said its the carpet but there was also foul smell from the basin. Asked for change of room but they refused. I wouldn't stay there again!

Hotel was correct, clean. Useful to note that the tea/coffee is available at one point downstairs, not in rooms. Service was a little slow when things needed fixing.

On 12/23, I walked surriunding blocks in search of pharmacy for my feverish daughter & found all closed. Hotel Staff Pedro from Portugal, made several calls to find an open pharmacy & then arranged for me to be escorted there & back. I am very grateful for this extraordinary service extended to me at no cost. Our stay was very pleasnt with attentive, happy, multilingual Staff who truly care about ensuring our comfort. Clean rooms, hearty breakfasts, nice & safe Paris neighborhood with shopping & restaurants close. Old but upgraded building. We are from California, USA on first trip to Europe & feel we experienced real France.

I was here for 4 days on a work visit. I had a double bed on the third floor. The room was nice and spacious and I liked that there was a full length mirror, smaller mirror, cupboard space, tv etc. Downside is the hairdryer- this is the second Paris hotel I have been to where the hair dryer is a cool telephone style but the power is really low. I have long hair so drying it will probably take me 1 hour with the dryer whereas with normal hair dryers it would take 5-10mins. Breakfast was good, fresh juice is provided, cereal, pastries etc. Downside is, in the morning it can be super packed during busy times and finding space to sit is hard. The food area isn't big so a lot of people will be jammed in one section. The only negative I can say is for one evening after I came back from work- my room door was not closed. The cleaner by accident left it open. You can't tell as you come up to the door. I find the doors are really odd. They don't shut if you push it and let it go like normal doors- you really have to make sure the door is pushed fully in.

At over 300 EUR per night this hotel was dreadful value. Bad room. very poor level of comfort. Room 60 should be avoided for business or pleasure. At best the room was worth 60 EUR.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and I would be very happy to stay there again

I loved that little tiny hotel located just a block away from metro station. Hotel staff made my stay very pleasant, they didn't mind my late checkout and also got free breakfast. Definitely will be back !
