Un excellent séjour à la caravelle, petit bijou d’ hôtel bien situé à Ciboure. Nous avions réservé la suite ce qui nous a permis de bénéficier de la terrace bien pratique pour se reposer en extérieur après une journée de tourisme mais aussi d’ un le baignoire à bulles. Mes lombaires nous en remercient ! Literie excellente l, petit déjeuner copieux qui prépare très bien pour une journée de rando.

Lovely historic building in a beautiful location. The accomodations and customer service were excellent - friendly, helpful and accomodating. We also purchased the breakfast and it was perfect. Would love to have been able to stay longer.

Character property with friendly helpful staff opposite small beach near the harbour. Walkable in a few minutes to main beach and town. Road in front quite busy but room was double-glazed so this wasn’t an issue. Breakfast available, no dinner but plenty of restaurants nearby.

A small hotel in a good location, public parking was difficult due to a busy weekend. Hotel parking was 17 euros per night as a last resort. Good breakfast at additional cost. Good location for restaurants in Ciboure and Socoa. The road was quite busy at the fron of the hotel.

Disgusting stay!
We stayed in the room number 7, initially we loved it as it has a little garden with a table. Shortly after we noticed the bed and mattress had mould, the shower was not clean (mould in all junctions and hair from someone else...), and the bed sheets were dirty. On top of that, the wifi didnt reach the bedroom, the bedroom floor was sticky and there was nobody in reception after 6pm (despite it says in the website says there ia someone until 8pm...).
The biggest dissapointment arrived when we called expedia to be reallocated to a different room and the owner hang up the phone several times. We had to stay in that room as reallocation to another hotel was not an option for us.
If it helps to anyone: parking near the hotel door is quite limited and the nearby parking is quite busy (maximum parking ticket time is 10h).
The receptionist only speaks french and a bit of Spanish. English is not an option.
We were not expecting this as all reviews were great and maybe other rooms are in better conditions...
We will not come back!!

Had difficulty finding our room as hallway/stairs very dark. Lovely comfortable bed and tea making facilities useful after long journey. Bit pricey for the breakfast as only continental available.

Établissement idéalement situé entre saint Jean de luz et soccoa. On a eu de la chance de trouver une place de stationnement gratuite en bas de l’hôtel… pour un petit séjour de 2 nuits nous avions prévu de faire tout à pied (heureusement, car le stationnement est difficile). Hôtel propre, calme avec un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande 😉… nous y reviendrons vraisemblablement.

El alojamiento es a priori aceptable, estuvimos tres noches y las dos primeras bien. La ultima noche habia un olor en habitación a podrido, desagüe, horroroso. No hay recepción 24 h por tanto no puedes acudir a nadie
