Great spot can be easily reached from station (walking) and bus connections to airport. Plenty of places to eat and drink and shop within walking distance

The room was simple

Good location walkable to Cannes beaches and sights. Very small boutique property and room was very lovely set up for our family with sofa bed made. However we found after walking in the room a little bit their floors are filthy. We thought it was nice being able to walk barefoot in our room on nice wooden floors. But they nedd to steam clean their floors. I also felt i was asking too much just to ask for hot water and milk for tea (the night manager) as their is no tea/coffee facility in room. Service coukd be improved. The elevator can take 1 person plus 1 luggage, or 2 people. Loved the balcony in our junior suite and our bathroom was very large.

small and friendly hotel in a great location. Rooms was large and comfortable and there was little noise from outside despite being in the middle of the town. All staff were helpful

The hotel is in a prime location near shopping, restaurants and the beach. I had a peaceful relaxing time staying here and will be booking again in the future :)

Very good clean and central

Loved my short trip to Cannes and this spot was perfect to sit back and relax. The room was well equipped. Bathroom was spotless and if you get a balcony you’ll get a nice view of the lively atmosphere and even peak around the gallery Lafayette. I def recommend! If you are a traveler on a budget and need a nice place for good price this is it !

Very basic - no microwave fridge or coffeemaker - but it’s clean and close to restaurants and shopping area Also it’s only a 2-3 min walk to the train station You have to use the stairs to get to the bottom floor No elevator . So if you can’t walk at least a flight of stairs , go somewhere else

Unfortunately had quite a terrible experience with this hotel. We paid for a superior room that should have been spacious with a queen bed. Instead we were given a tiny standard room with a bed barely bigger than a single, and dubious cleanliness. Upon getting the room, we immediately asked the receptionist if this was in fact the room we paid for, and were told that we had been downgraded because a technical issue caused our superior room to be double booked. The manager to whom we escalated the situation was apathetic, and categorically refused to compensate us for the difference between the superior room we booked, and the standard room we were given. He claimed they gave us a comparable room (this could not be more false, the bed couldn’t fit two pillows side by side). We subsequently proposed being refunded for the entire stay, and we would find other accommodations, this was also refused. In short, we were stuck with the small room they downgraded us to, which I would never have booked. The receptionist did her best, but was limited by her manager. Overall, very disappointed with our stay, and I would strongly advise against paying more for a superior room in this hotel. Quite unfortunate as the location is great.

The bed and the shower pressure was the only good thing. The carpet was gross,the drain in the shower backed up and had a fluid in the bathroom ever time we used shower, had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times they had 1 and a half small rolls for 5 days.the onlytime the air conditioner worked was when the card was in the power box so when we left had to bring card with us so when we would get back the room was hot,This place should never be on expedia It really sucked never should have a 3 stars could not wait to leave

Fantastic location and fantastic hotel - very French ! Breakfast in the garden is a must and the staff, especially Corinna, are absolutely fantastic Shout out to Mateo as well Location is excellent - couldn’t have asked for better. No parking but the hotel has a discounted deal with underground parking garage 5 min walk which allows multiple entry. I would definitely recommend and stay there again with the family Beach is about 10 min walk but shopping is right there

A cute small hotel in the middle of all the action! Very clean, hotel staff was very kind! would most definitely come here again!

Overall the stay was okay. I would not return to stay at this hotel again though mainly for 2 reasons. First the outlet sockets are outdates and we had trouble charging our electronics overnight. Second the breakfast options are quite limited and you can certainly tell the staff is not keen on replenishing food items despite the number of visitors available to be serviced during our stay, which was during high season. I also believe that the lack of access to a small fridge and/or coffee or tea machine in the room made it more difficult for us to enjoy our stay as we did not have access to store our bottled water. Plenty of options exist around the hotel though as it’s quite central and you can easily access all of Canness downtown attractions in a few steps.

Friendly and helpful front desk, centrally located sweet small hotel

The hotel is in a great location, the room was a good size and had a balcony however there was no air conditioning and it was far too hot at night. We slept with the terrace doors open and the noise from the street was unbearable. We finally received a fan which helped but it seemed unreasonable not to have AC at the end of May. Also in the evening there was no one at reception and the front door was open which was a little uncomfortable.
