Great few days stay, perfect location for ski area , staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help , thank you!

Good location few minutes walk from the lovely center of Megeve and from the ski cabin bringing us to the ski slopes. Excellent services (staff very friendly and professional)

Amazing location, 3 min easy walk from the main square and downtown ski lift. Basically it is hard to think of a smoothest experience with everything you need to do and enjoy walkable in a few minutes. Incredible spa and breakfast. Rooms are maybe not 5 stars but it is largely compensated by the place in general, the spa and the incredible location

On a réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et Ils nous donnent une chambre minuscule avec deux lits pour enfants. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Une manager désagréable et qui a réponse à tout nous explique qu'elle n'a jamais reçu notre réservation pour 3 personnes et se moque ouvertement de nous en nous disant que c'est "comme cela à Megève". La qualité des services et des infrastructures sont dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles plutôt qu'un 5 étoiles. Personnel mal élevé et toujours enclin à vouloir faire le minimum. Je vous conseille d'éviter ce piège à touristes à tout prix.

We called the property before arriving in regards to skiing conditions in megeve. We were told that conditions are good and we can come over. We travelled all the way to find out that it was not possible to ski. We left a day early and we were refused to be reimbursed. The staff had a huge fight when we were there and it was overall a terrible experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

One of the best hotels we have come across. Exceptional service and staff is super friendly. Location is awesome everything is in walking distance. Better than Hilton or intercontinental stay we had. When we come back will definitely stay at this property again

we had a great stay at M Megeve, the location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating, rooms are very nice, cozy and clean. We will definitely stay again when we visit Megeve again

Hotels.com states this hotel has air conditioning and even in room A/C. We stayed in a suite two nights ago with unlikely very hot weather and there was no AC in hotel or in our suite. Very uncomfortable to sleep. My husband got many mosquito bites from having to leave windows open to get room cooler to sleep. Phones in room did not work to call reception. Will not recommend or stay in this hotel again. Very disappointed for the $317 price we redeemed for small, no A/C hotel that was advertised as having AC for hottest days in France.

I have had the pleasure (and discomfort) of staying in many Alpine hotels over the years, but now have a new firm favourite! The "M" is pure class, and let's you know it from the moment you walk through the doors, where you are greeted by smiling and attentive staff; each one is friendly and efficient (something never taken for granted when in France), and they literally could not do enough for us, including allowing us the latest of check-outs I have ever had (4:30pm...no charge and no problem!). We were upgraded to a junior suite and as two male friends on a short skiing break, having separate sleeping areas AND 2 bathrooms, was more than a pleasant surprise, it was a friendship-saver! We used the spa every night, and whilst the pool is small, the jets in the jacuzzi were very welcome against aching legs and back and sides and pretty much everywhere! Breakfast was not included in our package, but for Eu28 per person the selection was real value for money with a chef preparing eggs, omelettes, pancakes and a buffet of great cold meats, cheeses and breads. A glass of champagne too was a very welcome start to the day! For the skiing, the Chamois bubble is a 100 yard stroll around the corner, and I would suggest hiring your equipment at one of the three shops by the lift to save a lot of carrying. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel and I do hope to return.

from the day we entered this hotel till 5 days later when we regrettably left my 2 daughters and my wife where amazed by this hotel . small lobby but has everything one might look for , few staff but their niceness and helpfulness was immense , we loved most the spa who had a sauna a hammam , a jacuzi and a quite big pool . we only had breakfast which was rich enough

First night there was trouble electrical system until coming day at 0800 (technician starting to work time) Next days may be 10 times we ask about problem in hot water system but nothing. Problem was to reach to hot water sometimes we have to wait more than half an hour to reach hot water... besides 2 problems (electricity and hot water) hotel and room condition even breakfast were perfect

Very nice hotel, extremely clean, excellent service, good restaurant, location central to the village, easy access to hiking trails. Parking in the area can be a problem, but the hotel staff immediately attended to the car - taking the keys and handling the parking (there is a fee...18euro/day). We visited in the summer. I would highly recommend this hotel, and Megeve and the surrounding area.
