Great little apartment overlooking a square. Fully equipped and comfortable. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing missing was a tea towel for drying. And the TV was a little difficult to work out as it has 2 remote controls with 2 separate ones for the bedroom TV. Both remotes need to be on for the TVs to work. Can get a little hot but not too bad. No issues whatsoever with noise, even though we stayed at the weekend. It was quiet and really lovely. Would definitely recommend. Very friendly staff too.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was professional and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was pristine. The location is ideal with excellent restaurants and shops close by. I will return when I come to Rennes again.

Appartement très bien sauf que ca donne sur un bar-restaurant avec terrasse. Beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin. Sinon appartement et petit-déjeuner très bien.

We stayed in one of the apartments. Getting in and out of the apartment was not easy as the hallway was extremely narrow. Also, the hallway and stairwell smelled terrible like sewage. The apartment itself was nice. When we stayed it was very warm outside which was extremely hot inside especially upstairs as it’s by the roof. The hotel.com website does not state that there’s no air conditioning in the unit. Although it does not specifically state there is AC, we just assumed it had it. When we mentioned to the staff the unit is very hot they did not apologize or seemed to care at all and only stated “it says on the website there’s no AC”. Hotels.com should really update their website to include this very important information.

C'était la première fois que je dormais dans les appartements plutôt que dans une chambre de l'hôtel. Il n'y aura pas de 2e fois. L'appartement en soi est très beau et très grand. Bien équipé et fonctionnel. Je ne suis pas certain que remplir le frigo pour le minibar soit très pratique lorsque l'on veut utiliser ce frigo pour cuisiner en cas de séjour "long". La porte de la douche est cassée... Ce n'est pas bien compliqué à réparer mais il est en l'état peu pratique de l'ouvrir et de la fermer. Le GROS POINT NOIR : présence d'une terrasse de bar sous la fenêtre de l'appartement, avec une insonorisation en décalage avec le bruit produit. C'est insupportable jusqu'à 00h20 chaque soir de la semaine. Dans ces conditions impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour un appartement qui n'est pas climatisé. Les fenêtres doivent être changées pour améliorer l'isolation phonique....
