Das Hotel war eine Familien/Strandhotel mit Küche d.h. Zimmerservice kam nur am Schluss des Aufenthalts, WC Papier und Seife musste man beim bei der Reception verlangen. Nichtsdestotrotz hat das Hotel komfortable Betten und die Reception war sehr nett.

Everything you needed they had! Friendly staff & bilingual! Free parking! Felt very new everything in the hotel! Clean & fresh smell

Booked 1 bed apartment for 4 adults. Me & boyfriend, with my mum & dad. Very helpful staff at the hotel. We didn't manage to learn much French but we got by with Google translate. The hotel did have a teeny issue where they had to turn off the water overnight for 2 nights, & the sign notifying about it was only in French ... But serves us right for not learning the lingo! Easy towel exchange at Reception. Excellent air con in apartment, which was a godsend. Tidy apartment. Slightly awkward pull-out sofa design but we got used to it. The bedding didn't come with duvet covers or pillow cases, which was odd. Only got sheets. Not sure if thats a standard thing? Only real negative was that the bathroom was en suite, which meant we had to walk through my parents bedroom every time we needed to use it. Had assumed it would be a normal separate bathroom. Pool was lovely and not too busy. Lovely bakery right next to the hotel. Excellent for morning pastries & lunch pizzas! Nice short 10min stroll to the beach - call ahead & book the beach bar sunloungers, totally worth it. Sete itself was gorgeous. We did two boat trips from the main town, 3 hour kayak trip, & drove up Mont St Claire to watch the sun set. Odalys hotel was the perfect base for all this as 2 frequent buses service the beach & town (3 & 9). Would definitely stay again!

Was very pleased with our stay. The hotel was great value for what we paid and had free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a good size, plus they serviced it daily. Would stay here again. Only downsize is that it is a ways from downtown and a bit of a walk to restaurants.

I was staying for a 1 night business trip, the welcome was very friendly. The apartment was new and very nice. I loved having the extra room compared to a lot of my usual hotels, it was very comfortable. Nice distance from the beach too, to have a nice walk and few restaurants on the beach. Liked it so much, I stayed a second night. I went in low season but would highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel but NO WHERE near where the Expedia site says it is on the map. So if you are looking to stay in the main downtown area of Sete, where the EXPEDIA MAP says it is...book another hotel. Otherwise check another site to find out where this is to make sure it what you want. It did not have air conditioning when we were there but they were installing it for the future. It can can muggy with out it. We were told, when I figured out it was in a different spot from the map, that it was about a mile from the main part of Sete and the Train Station...it is actually over 3 miles....not something you would walk. But they have a great bus system. Don't use cabs as they are very expensive. $20 from the train station for a 3 mile drive.

The hotel is in a new area nothing around it, it's about 1 kilometers from the beach and has No Air Conditioning It's a new building but very basic

Brand new hotel that was listed online to be in the center of town. It was not, at least 12Km away in the middle of a construction zone, 300m from the beach. WiFi did not work, my first room had trash bags filled with trash before they moved me but I couldn't call down because there are no phones in the rooms. Only way to get to centreville is via the bus which doesn't come regularly in the evening or walking which would take about an hour. The hostess was of no help to try and give advice on the town as wellm Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in around 10 years. Huge disappointme t.

Il y a eu des problèmes de communication avec la résidence via expédia. Pas de savon ni shampooing dans l’appartement, mais j’ai pu avoir un kit le lendemain

Séjour agréable, appartement grand, un effort sur l’entretien serait le bienvenu (table basse cassée, table principale en passe de l’être, calcaire et rouille dans la salle de bain) Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que l’établissement soit au top.

Situation appréciable, vers la sortie de Sète, proche des plages, quartiers calmes avec commerces essentiels... Accueil fort sympathique, parking accessible et bus proches pour le centre ville. Légère note négative pour le studio intérieur un peu trop rustique au niveau confort (rangement, assises strict minimum...) Par contre balcon petit mais appréciable ! Très bien malgré tout pour le séjour d'une semaine. .

Personnel agreable et sympathique mais la Residence est vieillote et mérite un bon rafraîchissement peinture et meubles. Dans le hall d'entrée et paries communes le papier est décollé ou arraché et beaucoup de poussière dans le couloir. Des tâches sont apparentes sur les murs toilettes et chambre et les meubles sont très abîmés. Dommage car la résidence est bien placée, place de parking à l’intérieur, plage à proximité, lidl tout près, boulangerie en sortant de la résidence et arrêt de bus tous proche pour aller au centre ville. Nous avions un appartement avec une vue magnifique sur l’etang de Thau mais beaucoup de bruits dus à la voie de chemin de fer.

La réalité ne ressemble pas au photo, nous avons été très déçu de se retrouver avec un mini balcon où on ne pouvait même pas se déplacer. Je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain, où nous devions avoir une baignoire mais nous avons eu un douche de norme handicapé donc la sdb était inondée à chaque douche. Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre , le ménage n’avait pas été fais, des toiles d’araignées partout , les draps avec des cheveux et la vaisselle une odeur horrible.
